Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga Is FLOPPING, But It Doesn't Deserve It!!! | MOVIE REVIEW 

I saw a lot of people say going to the movies is too expensive and/or they enjoy watching movies from the comfort of their home due to rude crowd behaviours like talking or scrolling on their phones. Movie theaters should reduce their tickets price back to 5 to 8€, imo.

The vehicles and engine noises just hit the spot for me.

It doesn't need max in it anymore provided they call it "a mad max saga" a bit like how star wars became an expanded universe. I really liked how everyone got realistic injuries- it made me really root for their victory

I adore Imperator Furiosa. Fury Road will always be one of the most incredible cinematic experiences I've ever had. I could watch it again & again. I love Charlize in the role. Anya was great. this movie was meaningful, fun, deserved, but it's no Fury Road for me. that said, it's wonderful, what Miller & company have achieved once again. I'll just be upset if we never get Charlize as Furiosa again. I totally don't need Max. 😂 I never cared about the Mad Max franchise much till he made Fury Road. I'm on board as long as Furiosa is in the picture. thanks for your great review! hopefully this movie eventually gets the love it deserves.

To be fair, Fury Road gained traction throughout the summer as word of mouth spread, it managed to impress previous fans and also gain a new generation of fans.

Great action and world building, cool cars. Fleshed out and well paced. Cool to see The Citadel, Gas Town, and Bullet Farm during a wasteland war. Reasons its not doing well in the box office are going to theaters now is expensive and some people don't want to deal with rude crowd (talking loudly, illuminating the area with their phone screen) so they just want to watch it at home where they can be comfortable.

Furiosa is a masterful film. There were some problems in the marketing though. Starting with the trailers, and especially the first one. The choice of shots wanted to establish the similarity to Fury Road, but without familiar faces or even characters there was an instant sense of lack. Secondly, they didn't establish clearly enough who are these new faces and what are their dynamics, and without that context, most shots felt flat. Perhaps a more effective way of doing it would've been to either select shots that show what a significantly different film it is to Fury Road, or make a quick succession of so-called eye candy shots without any context. Still, it will be remembered fondly for sure, but lack of box office success might sadly mean there'll be no more of these films by George Miller.

There have been so many people making comments about Anya Taylors looks, that it's a female led film, etc. claiming that's the reason it is failing. It's all so ridiculous I thought the movie was great

I found this movie to be absolutely incredible. I love how it expanded on what seemed to be throw away lines from Fury Road like Bullet Farm and Gas Town. Anya Taylor Joy did a lot of great physical acting that I thought really carried the character. And I loved Dementus as well. I thought Hemsworth had his best performance in this movie. The action was super dope You are so funny btw. You gagging at Furiosa being a future bride of Immortan Joe was hilarious. You're 100% right this post apocalyptic world sucks to live in.🤣 Fantastic presentation throughout this review. I'm definitely subscribing!

It's a Prequel to Fury Road and not a sequel. We already know what's gonna happen, we know Furiosa's arm will get cut off, we know that her life isn't in danger, we know she's gonna beat Chris Hemsworth character. What we want is a Max Mad movie that pushes forward instead of going in the past. This is just like Rogue One Pointless Story we can make up in our own imagination.

Great movie but I wanted to see more of the wasteland war. I wanted to see Max I wanted to see more of the life in each of the strongholds. Also I wanted to see more of dementus and how he outsmarted everyone to get bullet farm.

The reason its flopping is a multitude of reasons. Some say its a Mad Max film without Max. Some say that its due to the woke agenda for years poisoning anything that has girlboss action (which i can understand). Another is that its been 9 years. This prequel felt way too late.

I have te impression that this is one of those movies that is not doing well in theatres, but the moment they put it on MAX, it's going to explode. I still find it sad, this is a movie to watch in the biggest screen you can!

Furiosa's a great movie that should've released at least half a decade ago. The hype gained from Fury Road became ice cold by 2024.

You should watch the Black and white version of Fury Road for a new experience , it is life changing art

Furiosa was a great film and I'm so glad I got to see it on the big screen.

It's so ridiculous. We all want a big movie with big sound that makes going to a theater actually worth it. And here we have that served up on a gold plate and people wont bite. On the movie itself. There were so many moments that made me feel genuinely uncomfortable. Like horror movie level. It's intense. But I really enjoyed it. This is everything I want from a movie theater experience.

George Miller been doing Mad Max since the Original trilogy started in 1979 I seen Furiosa and loved the movie wish it did whole alot better

Really pisses me off that its flopping cuz George Miller had plans to make a Mad Max origin movie transitioning from road warrior max to fury road max. Basically a live action version of the 2015 video game if youve played it. But we’re probably never gonna get that movie cuz this one’s bombing

Loved this movie, it was amazing, sad to see it flipping It was my first Mad Max, and it’s made me want to watch the rest of them, which is a major accomplishment in ANY movie in a series

Such a very good movie yet I wonder if a prequel hurt it and no Mad Max. I dont like Prequels yet was happy to see this. Some franchise cant survive without the original main actor. think Scream could survive without Sydney and Evil Dead survived with Ash. Fast and Furios not great without Dom yet I wonder if no Mad Max is enough for money at the box office and the last one made $400 million on a $185 million budget. Not like it was this big mega hit.

Would go see an action movie if the male lead was 5’6 100 lbs? There’s a reason Michael Cera doesn’t get these type of roles. But we are supposed to look at a small woman and go “yeah, that works”

We know all the outcomes. Nobody asked for it. Even fury road was nearly a flop. Inflation and a poor economy. Replace the hero with a girl boss, even if not real that's what people see first off. Lots of reasons nearly all the movies are flipping.

I will get best actors, best directors, best music, action, cinematography. Will spend 300 mil $ to make sure that everything is the best.Will remake Alien movie where i replace Sigourney Weaver with male character and this movie will flop. This is the answer. Would never go to see it.
