FX Crown: Removing the Superlite Barrel and Changing Liners 

A correction and another tip: FX informs us that it is not recommended to put silicone grease on the o rings because you want the most friction possible to lock the liner in solidly. Also, we recommend that you take a picture or measure the distance between the lock nut and the base so you know how far to tighten it down when replacing the liner.

These "Essentials" are really interesting to just watch. Never probably gonna get me one of these .. but nice to watch even though there was notcreally anything odd about this build of the rifle. Nice. Carry on.😊👍

Travis- Brand new Crown Continuum owner here. Why no mention of the 5th grub screw in the picatinny rail that must be removed to loosen the barrel?????? I fought for an hour trying to get the damn barrel loose b4 realizing there are 5 screws that must be loosened! And that top one was tight as hell. And all the stuff online talks about the easy barrel changes w/o removing the scope LOL. WRONG. What's the deal? Did your gun not have that top screw???

I purchased the Kervan Airboss K1 25 cal. I would like to shoot both slugs and pellets. In order for me to do this do I need to change to a different liner? Or do I just have to experiment? I have not polished the barrel yet.

Hi hello from Northern Ireland. Can I please ask you for some help. I had to remove my barrel, when I reassembled my Crown Mark again I zeroed my scope with a single shot tray, but when I tried to use my magazine the pellet will not feed. The probe is binding and will not engage the pellet, I think that something may be out of alignment. Can you please offer any advice.

Great Vid Travis! Hint, we don't have "grub Screws" in the U.S. it is UK slang. If you go to a store that carries them and ask for them, you are going to get a blank stare. They are Set Screws! ;

Say you have a complete super light barrel on your Crown Gen3 and you want to change calibers , do you have to buy the complete new barrel set ( $399) or you jusy buy a new probe and liner for that new caliber ?

Would be a whole lot easier to just ship new liner with the washers and spacers.

You have to move the scope, there is a #4 screw on the top.....

In these videos where you look down a lot, a lapel mic might not be the best choice. The breathing and volume change is weird

I can hardly believe that you don't get a set of O rings and a brass nut with every liner, for what it would cost you could then leave the liners as they are, which would make changing liners easier every time...
