Thanks for your discovery. It's very bad design without thinking about serviceability. I do noticed I have the same problem. I also replaced all O-rings, still very small leakage continued. Now I realized the problem after going through your post.
Saludos gracias por compartir esta explicación y a ayudar a resolver estos problemas en el segundo regulador también existe un oring de 10x1.5 que es muy difícil de ver
@@BhaursAirguns that's amazing, theoretically it should prevent valve sticking in those huge plenums and reduce first shots variations. If you plan to sell these peek parts, let me know.
@@BhaursAirguns yes me too I just ordered the orings so I could fix the problem I noticed that every time for the past three weeks that my gauge would be like 5 to 10 bar lower from week to week from a 250 bar fill so I started checking for leaks and sure enough it was coming from that little hole in the regulater thanks so much fir the video I watched some other videos and they did not mention that that O-ring would cause leaking in the regulator they mentioned that one on the piston adjust screw and the one in the back of the piston ( black) one but never that one thanks again hopefully it will fix the problem 👍
How Bellville washer do you have in your first reg I have 13 because I put it at 200 bar anyway I changed that 0ring and it's still leaking is it because I have 13 or is it because I'm running the reg to high
