FX Impact Regulator Rebuild 

This video is a great one. It tells those who know what they are doing and it tells them how to do it properly for someone like me who lives in India and has to order the spares from USA or UK who can not send it overseas to a service center. FX Impact is a great gun and only fools who think they know everything and do things the wrong way will find it a bad gun. No other airgun offers the power and versatility of Impact except may be the Crown. Thanks to videos by AOA and FX Masterclass now I can strip and service and reassemble the Impact without any problem and enjoy shooting my Impact. Thank you AOA.

Just bought a FX MK 1. Been in storage for 2.5 years and was leaking from the reg... Been searching for a good detailed Tutorial. This one is the best, by far, i could find.... Very detailed and great video !!! Thanks !!!

FX Impact: The gun for tuners and folks wealthy enough to own three of them. So they can most of the time have at least one of them that works as the other two are either in the shop or in transit.

So , why dont you use tool's made of plastic or brass, so as not to scratch any surfaces

So where does the valve disk go that’s a pretty big part yes and all directions show one but in kit there’s two and both look diff. One moon shaped the other c shaped

The piston/Regulator rod surface can be buffed as can the reg screw.

I got 8x4mm washers and 3x4.8mm

Yesterday i blew piston O-ring 2 times . I did not adjust it over its limitation . But the problem is why a piston seal is blown instead of that small down in the regulator adjuster screw ? Now i dont know what to do . Whenever i change piston seal and assemble it . It just blows

wrong information - the o ring in the action block is NOT 9 x 1.5 derometer 70 it is 10mm x 1.5mm nbr 90

I know this is an old thread but I hope someone is still monitoring it. I have an O-Ring size question. Sometimes places specify the OD size, and sometimes the ID size. Even on older FX literature some are OD and some are ID. So... in this video, are the size OD or ID? I ask because the o-ring that is listed as 9mm x 1.5mm on MY Impact Gen1 is 11.85mm OD / 7.95mm ID / 2.08mm Thick, so I want to know what a NEW o-ring size should be?

How could you possibly know someone has done this unless they cause some type of damage doing it?

and remember this will void your warranty, you mere mortals don't have the capacity to swap a few oring's like I do...bit of a joke really. they are made serviceable for anyone who owns one notice no anti tamper for these parts ? you know what that means ? as it would not damage or modify the rifle by doing so it should never void your fx warranty. If this is an official fx warranty protocol I'll stay away from fx as there's no way I'd pay for somebody to change a few oring's for me if there's no anti tamper device. is your high end machine capable of higher measuring accuracy on psi the way you check if it's been tampered with? as otherwise how would you know.

Please void your warrantee because AOA can charge you alot more for that service than FX pays them.
