For the dough (makes 10 pieces):
450 g of flour type 550 (alternatively type 405)
280 ml of water, lukewarm
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 tsp of salt
A pinch of sugar
For the feta-spinach filling (half of the dough / 5 pieces):
2 tbsp of olive oil
1 onion
150 g of cream spinach, frozen
200 g of feta cheese
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
For the potato filling (half of the dough / 5 pieces):
3 medium sized potatoes, cooked (waxy or starchy)
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 onion
1 tsp of paprika paste (alternatively tomato paste)
0,5 tsp of salt
A pinch of pepper
A pinch of pul biber (hot paprika flakes)
A pinch of nutmeg
Also:
1 tbsp of butter for coating
Nutritional value per gözleme with feta-spinach filling:
