Finally grew tired of seeing the great looks & not having this watch ish , decided on the Japanese market carbon fiber yellow under sided strap variant of this Casio G-Shock GW-9400YJ-1 used ebay seller with great feedback & as a sidenote his listings offered (( or best offer )) he accepted 285$ after taxes final price 305$. Great video & review. Thanks for being one of the reasons this became a " must " versus just a simple want 😅😅😅
Casio Rangeman. Best GShock ever. Got the Rangeman, Frogman, and the Mudman. The Frogman GWF1000 is by far the toughest GShock I'll ever own. I had the Rangeman GPS model, but the mode dial that turns stopped working.
I really like the this one, but I think I’m gonna save up a little and get that Frogman 30th. It’s hard to use self control when it comes to G Shocks though!
Are the alarms loud enough? None of the G shock I have had woke me up. Some reviewer did claim that they were loud enough to wake you. I am very sceptical about that.
Honestly i think its a rip off for this watch to sell over $300.00 just because its band and color are different, its not even the carbon fiber band. The watch still has the same firmware version as the $250.00 9400s and there is nothing special about it. Whats interesting is Japan always over prices their version over Thailands yet they are pretty much the same internally other then Japan pushing the carbon fiber editions.
