Not only genuine g1 are expensive but most often have 40 years of wear and tear and sticker fatigue. The KOs are from the same mold and are so much nicer because they are new.
Hey Dean thanks for the shout out. Thank goodness you're happy with your Mirage. The KOs can be a bit hit and miss. A few of the Dinobots I acquired did have the firing mechanism but you're right some don't. Word of warning Mirage It's renowned for his waist snapping It happened on my childhood version. So do be careful when transforming his midrift. It's crazy that Walmart doesn't offer the standard accessories compared to the KO's. Excellent video I looking forward to seeing you by some more. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
You're welcome. Thankfully, I have it in Autobot mode and it's staying that way on display. I'm suitably impressed that I'll definitely be getting more of these.
@@TeZXSpectrum Funny you should mention the Dinobots as I've been looking at them, but for some reason, I feel more inclined to stick to the ones that transform from vehicle to robot.
Great video Dean, I love these G1 reissues, like you say the KO's are well worth it, barely any difference in quality. Good old Tez got me back in to Transformers. He's like the transformers oracle, if I have any transformers questions, he's my go too man. Enjoyed the video very much 👍
Hey Dean. So first time on your channel since watching you in Retroblashing and Analog Toys, and i found this awesome review. Based on your review of this knockoff I am now willing to give this a shot. I am about to purchase a Trailblazer knockoff at a nice price, so, fingers crossed 😉
Comes to something when the fans are producing better star wars toys than Hasbro, and unknown Chinese chaps are making better G1 transformers than the official outlets. I have four KO G1's now and yes, there are some failings but damn...that take me back to those good old days!
