No they all just came out and went back in with no issues.

@@FirstTimersChannel I’ve stripped two different motors at the junkyard trying to get this motor out. Can you suggest to me what do to so I don’t do this to my car?

@@misstrKevin To be completely honest, it wasn't hard for us to remove the motor. The only reason why is probably because the motor has been changed out before so no rust or corrosion was on the screws. Try spraying some PB blaster on the screws and let it sit for a few minutes.

My windows stuck at middle. Clicking sound, no power at middle, looks off track but the 4 gold nuts are installed on the window

I think it might be best to try and algin the tracks the best that you can. It sounds like they are off and binding, causing the window to get stuck. Not sure what the clicking noise is that you are hearing. Make sure to have two people when doing this, one to hold the window and the other to look in the door where the window tracks reside.
