Yeh, this guy did the extreme though, 5'5 to 6 foot, that's 7 inches... Any guy out there 5'9 or 5'10, to get to 6 foot would be a piece of cake I see that some want to get greedy and go to 6'2 etc, but to me that's not even necessary, because most women out there, say they want at least 6 foot. Even real tall women that are 5'10, 5'11, they'll date a 6 ft guy.

No. The nails/rods stay inside your bones for 10-12 months while your bones heal, but then they are removed as well. No metal will remain at the end.

The height you gain will depend on your proportions. Generally, people who are, for example, 170cm tall and 180cm wingspan, can grow up to 10cm or 2cm more, at most, to balance this discrepancy between height and wingspan and make the appearance and body as proportional as possible. However, if you exceed this wingspan limit, and for example grow 20cm, exceeding 10cm of your wingspan, you will appear disproportionate (you will look like a Tyrannosaurus rex with its very short lower limbs lol). Therefore, unfortunately you cannot choose large numbers like 20cm or more - unless your proportions allow it (which is rare), and choose within what may be ideal for you.

I, for example, am 5'9" feet tall and have a 6'3" wingspan. My lower limbs are much smaller relative to my torso and arms, so luckily I will have the ability to match my height to my wingspan. That's more or less 190cm.
