TECHNIQUE ON HOW TO GET DARK BLACK BUTTERCREAM: color your buttercream using black gel food color. Then, MICROWAVE it for "ONLY 3 SECONDS", then mix again. Do not microwave for a long time, otherwise your buttercream will melt. You can also do this technique to any dark color buttercream you want.
