My comparison of the Galaxy S23 Ultra vs. the OnePlus 11...I don't want people to make the mistake of choosing the device solely on price. There are reasons why you'd by each and even some reasons why you'd spend the extra money, but at least consider what you are getting.

I cannot speak to the OP 11 specifically but I can share my experience with OnePlus. I've had my OnePlus 5 since it came out in 2017... that'll be SIX years in a couple months. It is JUST NOW starting to get a little laggy and the battery is obviously not what it was but that has only happened within the last 6 months. It's a better phone than any of the Samsung or iPhones my husband has gone through since I've had this one phone (3 phones). People are STILL always complimenting my photos... and the OP 11 cameras are obviously way better than my old OP 5. I was looking at the S22s and the S23s but I keep gravitating back to the value and experience I've had with my OP... and I think I'm going to go with the new OP after seeing this.

Used Galaxy S and Note series for a long time. First time using a OnePlus Phone. I bought the 16GB RAM/512GB CN ROM version model and it was AUD 90 cheaper than the Galaxy S23 base model. I'm genuinely happy about switching from Galaxy S series. Oh man OnePlus 11 5G battery life is insane. I assume it's better than Samsung. 1 1/2 days of battery life. Someone can argue that Samsung and Pixel take natural photos and have super zooming capabilities. but average user take photos to post social media or keep it as memories. OnePlus 11 camera does an amazing job. I can say better than Galaxy. Low light photos are amazing. Specially 50 MP main sensor pics. Photos are crispier and eye candy. 100% recommend the phone to anyone. Don't hesitate to switched from Galaxy S series.

I have the Oneplus 11, and to be honest it's a pretty alright phone. Of course I wouldn't spend too much with the S23 Ultra but for the price I think S23U fits just right. The OP11 still has some issues software wise, Cameras are pretty good but the 200MP of the S23Ultra is just amazing. Especially on taking wide shots. But for everyday use you can't go wrong with th OP11. My oneplus 11 also eats up way too much battery

Finally, a realistic video. Currently I own the S22 Ultra and the OP115G, I bought the OP thinking to switch from Galaxy, thinking to go away from Samsung, thinking of keeping some money in my pocket, thinking that it was not worth it to spend that money for a Galaxy, and I was wrong, I mean, I like the OP but after a few years with Samsung Ultras, there's no a valid reason to switch to OP if you are used to the Samsung environment. You will miss a lot of the Samsung features. Now, I am waiting for the new S24 Ultra to upgrade my S22 Ultra. I'm thinking of keeping my OP11 just to have two different worlds in hand.

I went from Samsung S20 FE to OnePlus 11. I don't miss anything from my previous samsung phone except the SD card slot. S23 ultra is TWICE the price of OnePlus 11 but is it twice as good? No way With OnePlus you get the same Snapdragon Gen2 ,same QHD display and 120hz refresh rate higher Ram and ultra fast charging with outstanding battery life. So performance wise the OP11 is the same if not better. I don't need wireless charging or ip68 rating. I prefer the ergonomic design of OnePlus Software wise, the Oxygen OS is very smooth and fast, has no bloatware no nonsense. The only little sacrifice is in the camera but even with that the OnePlus offers the best value for money now. On the other hand I like how Samsung improved their Tablets so got my tab S9 to use Dex and other Samsung features.

Your voice reminds me of John Cena. If I was in US where monthly contracts exists and 3$ doesn't make much difference I would definitely go for Samsung. But here in India, we don't pay our carriers for our phones, carrier plans are very cheap compared to US. In India because of high taxes the prices also have a huge markup when compared to other countries. Here in India I would go for OnePlus 11r which costs ₹40,000 ($486.42) and almost has most of what OP11 ₹56,999 ($693.27) has. For me performance is top priority, then screen and finally battery life. OP 11r has all of that at a great price.

I prefer battery life and speed over anything else, the s23 ultra does that well but.....I have issues with the face unlock on the s23 ultra. Prime example, I'm sitting in my vehicle facing the front it is a 50/50 hit and miss, if I face the driver's window it works better but still flakey, if I face the driver's window it fails every time. Time of the day is 12 noon, and sun is shining. Makes no sense. I work in automotive and my hands can get pretty dirty, so using fp reader can have issues with that so that's why I decided to try the face recognition, and sadly I was highly disappointed. I had a OnePlus 8 at one time, and they did a white screen light sorta thing and face recognition worked awesome, in fact it worked in a dark room with the lights turned out! It was great. All in all I'm happy with what I use on the s23 ultra aside from the face id, but I would have been better of getting a 1+11

It is a fast and excellent phone. Screen is beautiful and great outdoors. Battery life is outstanding, I charged it up yesterday morning and it still has 79% battery life this morning. I couldn't ask for a better phone. My wife is now using my One Plus 9 Pro and it is still going strong. She is not a power user so it works well for her. She used my One Plus 7T Pro Mclaren for two years but only had to put it aside as there were no more security updates. One plus makes great phones. I wouldn't pay $600 more for a Samsung S 23 Ultra.

@@justwork9293 Both n77 and mmWave both show 5gUW icon in the status but if you look at the band support on oneplus own website there is no band 260 or 261 witch is mmWave. @@justwork9293 the s23 ultra has extra antennas to support mmWave on the us models anyway that why see a cutout on the right side of frame also the iPhone 12-14 series also have it too. The reason why international model don’t have it because they haven’t even auctioned off the spectrum mmWave.

I have a iPhone 14 Pro Max and don’t even get that mmWave 5G at home, therefore that’s not going to factor in my purchasing decision. What will be a factor is that charging speed. 22 min for a full 0-100% charge is no joke.
