In this video, I cleaned up and painted this Game Boy Pocket as it was in desperate need of some love. I gave the internals a clean with isopropyl alcohol and scrubbed the shell and buttons with hot soapy water. I then sanded the shell with 800 grit sandpaper and gave it a respray with silver spray paint. I'm very happy with how it turned out! Thank you for watching! @TheBygoneEra It's sad you couldn't save the serial number, but at least it's recorded on youtube and you can always replicate a new sticker. I hope the unit is still running well 👍❤️

Yeah they can definitely be gross haha. I have come across a few that are really tidy inside though so never know!

Turned out awesome! I just got some Plutonium paint in today. I'm excited to try it out on a silver pocket. I have a Light I'm saving for once I have a decent grasp on painting. Thanks for the awesome content!

The only thing I can think of is printing on the shell or getting some small stickers made up

Nice video dude! Maybe you could use A+B buttons from a Gameboy Colour so the text is on the buttons themselves instead. Just an idea

@@TheBygoneEra I'm not even sure if it would work. The GBC buttons might be a different size. This was just a thought that popped into my head while watching the video lol
