So was I To be honest the scene where the girls beat up Ryuji in my opinion is the worst scene in the game. Yes even worse than Morgana’s tempter tantrum. They complete deflate the triumph and tension for the typical Women beats up man joke. I would’ve been fine with just Ann slapping him but the fact they leave him unconscious in front of the diet building is callous and stupid. (What If one of Shido’s lackies found him?!) What could’ve been a great moment of development where the group realizes how harsh they’ve been on him in the past is just used for yet another joke at Ryuji’s expense

That's more on SMT games. Persona games are much lighter on the consequences and so far the only guy i know who got killed off was from P3 and it was supposed to spur the story forward. (The closest SMT game to Persona is Devil Survivor in terms of social link mechanic. I suggest you guys try that.)
