Games Like Zelda (2D) 

There's no game like-zelda can beat the under rated gem *Guardian of Paradise* I am actually shocked that you mentioned it in your video. The internet almost never speaks about it, specially on RU-vid. It was the game that introduced me to the zelda games. We never had them in my country during my childhood and I heard of zelda from this game description "it's a zelda like game". I thought (zelda) meant a genre like RPG until I finally played the minish cap in 2011 and got hooked on the series. But Guardian of Paradise would be the dearest to my heart. I have replayed it many times more than I can remember, and no matter how wonderful the zelda series is, this game will still the greatest game I've played in my life.

This video was great! I have seen videos that talk about Zelda-like games, but not videos that talk about games similar to each individual old-school game! Usually the videos talk about ALttP and although they aren’t what I am looking for. I mostly want games similar to Zelda 1. I hope Nintendo makes another top down Zelda game as open and with tons of secrets and items like Zelda 1 again.

Man you covered so many games it's insane, I was surprised with how many I recognized and played, but I can't say I'm surprised that there were more that I did not know about.

Shining Wisdom (Saturn) Maybe also add the more recent Aggelos (PC, PS4...) But, man, so many different action adventure games on here. Like, if you'd do a "games like Mario", you'd be like: *adds 90% of the NES library*. I wish you would have defined "games like Zelda", in your own opinion, that is.

You didn't mention Deadly Towers, one of the most blatant Zelda clones on the NES.
