This video aims to get players practising their netball skills in a game environment.
Drill Instructions:
1) Cones set up as per diagram.
2) Divide team into two.
3) Netball rules apply. Ball is thrown in.The team that gains possession of the ball
attacks. The other team defends.
4) The attacking team works the ball down the court to their striking area.
5) Once they land on the edge of the circle they can attempt to strike a cone to receive a point. If successful, the players return to the start position and the game is reset.
6) Coach can keep score and give feedback as the game progresses. Teams can also have a “team talk” to discuss and decide their team strategy.
