I actually really like Gappy's voice actor, and I won't say it fits him perfectly, and since he didn't play that much of big role so he less well known by people, but there are a few character that he play are really popular For example : Our loveable swearing addicted small town killer Tohru Adachi from Persona 4

@@breadiztasty, maybe it could be used to make a false enemy, after paralyzing the ACTUAL enemy, if your partner tried to attack him, and the enemy's partner came to help, Moody Jazz would attack the enemy if he gets in range. Another variant would be hiding your partner, transforming Moody Jazz into him, and when an enemy gets in range, Moody Jazz will attack.
