I'm glad I watched this DIY video on how to replace a broken garage door hinge. It's good to know that each hinge position on the garage door has a different number, starting with #1 at the bottom and increasing towards the top.
Awesome video! My wife backed into the garage door tonight and one of the rollers popped off. Needed about 5 mins of the video and had the door fixed in no time THANKS!!!!
By fare the best video I have seen, I was just about to start this project when I saw your video pop up on my screen. Glad I watched the whole thing before I started my project. Great job and great information. Simplicity💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👋🏽👋🏽
Wonderful demo with crystal clear explanation of why and how. Your dexterous carrying out of changing the wheels is just a pleasure to watch! Thank you for this superb presentation!
And he even explained why other ways aren't the proper way without dragging it on. He even even threw in some bits about his own company without taking much time away! That last part alone eats up 2-5min for other videos. Nice, quick, easy, to the point, and even managed to throw in some mentions of his business in a straightforward video. AND the video angles were great!
Excellent DIY vid. Wow, insulated garage door, dry-wall, air unit, Flat panel TV, large red LCD clock... Was really hoping you'd turn the camera around and pan inside the rest of that awesome looking man-cave.
Thank you for a "no-nonsense" process. I followed your instructions to replace the rollers and now my garage door opens/closes with almost no grinding noise! I also did put a squirt of WD40 on both brass pulleys on either side top of the doors to remove the squeal. Great video !!
Excellent video and glad you called out the hacks and naysayers. Watched a video before this where the guy bent the heck out of the track and didn't unplug the opener
This is a clear and concise tutorial, though I'm not sure what the special professional tools are that he refers to at the beginning. Other than the track-straightening tool he shows in passing near the end, every tool the presenter uses to perform the "hinges and rollers replacement" the video title refers to are ordinary tools any homeowner can get or may already have. Anyway, thanks!
Thanks guys, doing this during quarantine and don't have room for an error. This video was exactly what I needed to get the job done without a mistake.
I just had a mini split installed in my garage. How would I ajust the bottom roller to close a gap between the door and the weather stripping? Awesome Video!
