Garden Disaster Just When It Was All Coming Together 

3 hours driving would be to much for me Petrol must cost a bomb😢 1/2 money gone on ⛽ 😮

Sometimes, we put too much pressure on ourselves to do everything, it's important not to be too hard on ourselves when we may not get everything done in the house.x

Oh Toni How sad to have to take your trees down and it leaves a big gap. Laurels are very fast growing and would be a good choice. Those Trumpet Lilies are beautiful. Early days yet for yourself to get into a routine with work and you do well juggling things normally. Your doing amazing ❤❤❤

That’s so upsetting about your tree’s but you have to be safe in your garden ❤ and you can plant your own trees and watch them grow 🌳 your body will adjust to the commute in time and make the most of the job you enjoy doing ❤ time goes by so fast as I realised when I worked a single parent 3 children and two jobs and house to run and now I am happy re- married children grown up 4 grandchildren and now retired and I love that I don’t have to rush anywhere and sit out in my garden every opportunity and listen to the birds and think how did I ever manage because there never seemed to be enough time in the day, now I am so content and happy with life ❤ while you enjoy what you do that’s half the battle Toni xx you always cheer me up with your beautiful smile and enthusiasm ❤

Toni have you ever looked into calorie counting? Our bodies need a certain amount of calories again just to stay alive and then anything after that gets burnt in energy and if your in a calorie surplus that’s why it stores it as fat to save for later, also depending on so many things that half a pound will more than likely be water weight xx

Sad about the tree Toni but it looks like you have so much more light in the garden now. I can’t see what it is like for your privacy but I am sure you will figure something out and it will be amazing. My neighbour has planted trees two years ago and they are already producing plums and apples. Another favourite tree of mine is a Rowan tree, I love watching the different colour changes in the berries each season. That is quite a travel to work and back but you were so happy to get the job and I hope that continues for you ❤xx

How are you managing with the dogs when you are in work? My two dogs were my main worry when my work days changed. Luckily I’ve found a fabulous dog walker who comes about 1pm and walks them for an hour on the two days in the week I work and my other two days are the weekend when my hubby is home. You will figure it out and find your stride, and you will also decide what’s best for you too.

I live simply it makes me happier I work part time in the evenings five minutes walk from home I've all day to do housework, shopping ect,i get all the school holidays off ,I take each day as it arrives,it's not worth burning yourself out for a job xx

Have a wee look if you don't already know about them; these channels will help with the block; David Christopher's Channel, Ramon and the Rebecca Robeson one as well. Their Christmas stuff is absolutely amazing!!! Hope this helps with the block and will stimulate creative thinking for your work...I thought the block wouldn't come until about 6 months time, but sometimes when we are having to prove ourselves it makes a block in our creativity almost like a frozen thing that prevents ideas etc.

Know exactly how you feel. We ran our own Business for 22yrs. Due to the natue of it, l was the hands-on one of the Partnership (but did l want to do payroll, tax, shopping, book-keeping, Dealing with the Taxman, Accountants...nah!!). We had a bit of a role-reversal in that Dad did the school run, afte school clubs, cooked, shopped, housework. It worked brilliantly for us as l ended up working 11hr days for most of those 22yrs. Did l think l was Superwoman? Absolutely not! I was often a-kip on the settee by 9pm week nights! At weekends l spread myself very thin: doing family stuff, going football, seeing patents, cooking family Roasts, oh and doing a ton of ironing & washing! I had to try to do all the 'normal' stuff cos it felt a lot like work ruled me. l used to say: I'd never, ever work this hard for someone else. I/we worked that hard for our little family. Prior to that I'd also worked f/t for 15yrs and commuted into Central London by train: s○d that!😮. But do l know now how l did it? Absolutely not! I think when you're young you just get on with it, you're on a mission to just get on with it. You have the enthusiasm and the energy then. Personally l had a brilliant husband who is also a brilliant father and now grandad. Would l have preferred to have sat around doing very little: No, l don't think that was for me as l now know l probably quite enjoyed working. When we sold up it took me at least 6mths to decompress from my 'overworking' mode: felt like l was having a mini-breakdown. But there was a reason...* Now l do as l please. I've earnt it. I'm a complete Homebird, always have been. People try to get me to do volunteering, join this, that and the other-clubs/classes: No Ta. Like my dear old mum, l feel like I've had a lifetime of grafting. I really couldn't tell you what l do all day now - but l often wonder how l ever managed to do what l now do AND work an 12hr day?!!! Toni, make the most of the energy you now have to enable you to feel overworked. Its a buzz. To me you look like you've got years left in you Luv. Enjoy it, have fun. *Because - and I've left mentioning this to the end - once that bl°°dy Menopause gets a grip of you, you look back on days like today, wishing you could re-live them! We all love your content, I'm especially loving all your Christmas Tree makeovers in July! Keep your wonderful young attitude and cheerful, upbeat personality because you help a lot of us feel a bit brighter on dull days. Just look after yourself 😊❤
