sorry about the video i took a drink of tea and it went down the wrong way and i got choked on it right before i started filming the video, and the microphone on my phone is awful so next video i'm gonna use the hubs ipad and see if that makes a difference.
1 1/2 lbs. beef lean stew meat cubes or a steak or a roast cut up in cubes
steak seasoning
onion powder
garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
3 tablespoons butter, divided
7 cloves of garlic finely chopped
3 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Heat oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet and add the steak cubes, cooking over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes to good and brown on both sides and your choose of doneness of the steak cubes.
Don't over crowd the pan and you might have to do this in batches.
After all steak bites are cooked, then add them back to the pan with 2 tablespoons of butter and the chopped garlic and chopped parsley, and 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce and sautee for another 30 to 60 seconds.
