@@SpainonaFork Say Albert, I finally got around to making these garlic mushrooms....I had them with a couple chorizo and your chickpea salad from about a year ago. Really enjoyed everything.... I was so pleased I did a Flamenco dance around the kitchen.... not an easy thing to do in flipflops

Your vegeterian and pescatarian dishes never fall short on goodness and this dish is no exception. I love mushrooms! They would be good to top some white fish or salmon.

I agree! They are amazing! They reduce risk of heart disease, improve symptoms of depression, reduce risk of cancer, optimize immune system and much more. Wish I could find a way for husband to like them. Found a milk made from mushrooms that I am going to try to add to soups since he finally told me it was not the flavor, but the texture. 🤞🤣🥰
I love pork sausage and mushrooms on my pizza, I agree that these mushrooms would be delicious on a pizza. With or without that sausage. And add the sauce to the marinara. 😋🥰 wish there was a kissing fingers to the chef emoji. 👨🍳 👩🍳

I have been watching your show for a couple of years now, and I love the recipes you have presented. I do have one question, though: what do you do to make recipes like this or the Garlic Egg soup, where there is a requirement to pulverize fried baguette as a thickener for the soup, gluten free? My wife is gluten intolerant, and even though I know she'd love these recipes, I can't serve them to her, because she would be allergic to the baguette. Looking forward to your help in this!
