Siempre veo estos videos y me pregunto si probaría ciertas comidas... (usualmente lo haría por probar nada más) pero este video de verdad que me hizo salivar la boca, se ven exquisitos y las manos del comensal son preciosas.
One thing I found out you can get a full meal out of Tiger Prawns & a side dish, the last time I had them I could only eat three or four with a side dish, I guess my eyes was bigger than my stomach good eating 👍

I would never wash prawns under cold water after boiling them; throwing away all the precious flavors down the drain. Also, the stock makes great broth to be added back to the sauce during stir-frying. That would add another dimension to its flavor profile.
