I'm the type of guy who sits on the toilet for an hour and sometimes 1.5 hour.

It’s been proven by science that sitting down to pee as a guy allows you to fully expel your bladder. Not that standing to pee isn’t great, but sometimes, sitting is needed.

Like Garnt, I have been going to the toilet longer than usual now, just not for 30 minutes. When I go, I want to get as much out as possible so that I don't have to go back for a second time for a while.

I'm 100% on Garnt's side on this one. I also take a few minutes longer than most when going #2, you gotta just let gravity do it's thing, plus the cleaning time (considering we don't have bidet toilets much in the states). With that I'm typically a once a day person, of I go twice then, I may not have finished, if I have to a go third time, then somethings wrong with my stomach.

It's good to see someone talking about this. That being said, I'm trying to cut back these days.

With Garnt on this one, but kinda unwillingly. My father's side, and it got passed down to me, for some god forsaken reason all have trouble going to the bathroom. It's so bad that my dad had to have surgery done a few years back just so he could use the bathroom without straining. Hopefully I don't get that bad, but yea, at absolute most, on the worst days, I can be in the bathroom for an hour and a half. Minimum is like 15 minutes. It's pretty shitty.

If you have a feast of food in front of you a your eating you'll be full before you are aware of it since it takes some time for your body to realize right? Do you end up over eating. The same thing for making a two sometimes you are letting it go and you are empty but your body hasn't sent the signal so taking a little longer is so much nicer to feel done and be empty for sure.
