Let's take a moment to appreciate Saitama's self-control skills. He was able to measure Garou's strength from that single chop and respond accordingly. If he took Garou for a regular human and went too gentle on him, his attack would have no effect, and if he went all out, the street would have been painted with Garou's blood.
Maybe saitama learned a new power that everytime his opponent survived they lose there memories so they will not know he was the one that defeated them
@@merlinthegray Sure, you could say that. However a conjecture is an opinion formulated on incomplete information. I have all the information at hand so I would classify it as an educated guess. If I got inebriated in some fashion or passed out in public and woke up in a pile of garbage. I would probably appreciate not being left on pavement. However I would also insure that such an embarrassing event never occurred again. I would assume that would also apply in your case as well.
Nah, he's good. In the first season when his defeat of the Sea King as a C class hero caused doubts about whether the other heroes really tried or accomplished anything he sacrifices his reputation even more to give them the credit they deserve in the publics eye
@@bbjygm He knew that those other heroes knew they wouldn't win yet they chose to fight that monster to protect the people, so Saitama gave them the credit cause that's what heroes do and he respected them.
Spring Mustachio and Golden Ball seem like an interesting pair with well-balanced & coordinated teamwork. I like how they're both A-rank heroes who picked a cool customized weapon to specialize in.
There's actually a lot of hero combos and pairs I like -- there's hints of motivations, backgrounds, and even a bit of personal growth, while still being silly, goofy side characters.
Yeah, it's kind of unfortunate that I find Garou so boring because he just effortlessly folds up a lot of more interesting characters, like Golden Ball and Spring Mustachio.
@@regretfullchief8866 it’s is like getting shot in a random place in your body but most of your organs are protected. You wouldn’t be statistically lucky to live through it but if the bullet was somewhere fatal you would’ve died
I love how Garou ran into Saitama like 3 times this season and each time he got knocked out in seconds and didnt even remember what happened to him xDD
@@anryx555 This one, the other time when he dine and dashed, and saitama used it as an excuse to do the same lol and the 3rd time when Garou thought he could attack king, and saitama just kicked garou into a wall
@@anryx555 sorry i looked it up i read the Wecomic, and the dine and dash scene was Webcomic only, because one of garous big line in the webcomic is " you don't remember the guy you almost killed from not paying him bill " lol my bad. its only 2 then
You know Saitama is so strong that he can accurately gauge how much force he needs to put behind his attack to just knock Garo unconscious and not break the street in half with that chop.
Demon Cyborg noted that Garou's technique is based largely on avoiding being struck. This is how he can fight foes much more powerful than himself. Avoiding getting badly injured allows him time to break through his opponent's defenses. Seems simple but very risky , as his ability to absorb damage is not that great.
Yeah those things are even more evident during his fights against the Class-S: Genos, Metal Bat, even Tanktop Master as well. (also Metal Bat is the GOAT; could've sent Garou to the hospital ten times over if he landed that hit).
I love how in the manga Garou blinks twice before he passes out and the second time Saitama is glaring at him on the ground. I wish they included that in the anime
Dude Garou attacking Saitama. Realizing his attack not only didn't hurt him but literally no had effect. And when he realizes that, he begins to sweat profusely. Indicating that he's own instincts realized before he could comprehend this feeling of dread and helplessness that be was fucked. Awesome small detail illustrating Saitamas strength aura and Garous sharp and keen instincts. 👍
the one thing you have to respect out of Saitama, is he is somehow able to understand exactly how strong his opponent is and react accordingly. be it a normal human. or otherwise. odd considering his level of power.
It's very lucky Saitama knows his own strength. Can you imagine if he fucked up and serious punched some mook at the wrong time and like, blew up a continent?
This anime really highlights one flaw of modern day social culture. Most people have huge egos and won't humble up. They always underestimate the new guy.
