I can't remember Black Scary and Spooky despite I played Crack Life and Crack Life: Campaign. Most likely they were scrapped. Super Chav, as I remember, was a cut boss. And Shrek supposed to have bullsquid projectiles, I don't know why he doesn't have it in GMod. Also, pepsi guy uses strogg infantry sounds from Quake 2
