For me the Larry Shandling Show was his crown and glory in the top 10 situation comedies ever...Larry will live for ever on the internet ...

So glad he did this. Garry seems honest, humble, vulnerable and smart and I love his self deprecating humor. Sheepishly says "I was on a football scholarship" while nervously looking around. Sad he is gone, but so happy he was here for a while. Nice that he and George Carlin had a connection too. Life is too short damn it.

I met him once and he was exactly the same as he was on his show. I love his "overly concerned" personality trait. I also met one of his writers from Larry Sanders show. Larry surrounded himself with the best of the best in the industry. His humility was so charming. The way he hesitates to deliver his answers, combined with insecurities in sharing his feelings is so attractive.

Garry was one of my favorites! A shock that he is gone. I'm glad that we have DVD's and You Tube to remember him.

So glad he sat for this long interview with apparently not much filter. Great questions too by the interviewer. He comes across as just what we would want him too. A regular guy. An extremely talented regular guy.

Very rare when every single episode of a series is hysterical.

Can't bring this genius and legend back to life, but I can use the rest of mine to discover more about his humane greatness.

Moral of the story, don't stand on the wrong side of the elephant. I loved Gary's humor he just killed me when he talked about anything.

Love Garry. I know that he died of a heart attack, and his doctor wasn't concerned enough to get him to the hospital when he reported being short of breath the night before he died. I hear him here, having some breathing problems.

Interesting fella. I can't figure if he's bored and slightly annoyed by the interview going on or if he just is this very chilled, slow type of person.

How is it possible that Garry Shandling performed a bit from Albert Brooks in 7th, 8th, or 9th grade, when Garry was born in 1949 and Albert was born in '47 ? Albert Brooks would have been in the 11th grade...so at MOST 18 years old and at least 16. His first comedy album came out in '73, meaning he had to have been 25 or 26. Someone please explain...
