The accident report states that the fan blades on the GE engine failed, other cause pilot waited too long to abort. 3 dead & loss of an aircraft.

The DC-10 hasn't been in operation with Garuda since 2004, and Garuda didn't have any crashes in the last 12 years so, don't be scared mate.
