Ripping buckets off and takedowns while fighting should be outlawed from the game or made additional 2-mins. Too many times I seen someone drill another player into the ice! even after ripping off his bucket!
As much as I don't like the guy I think he's a decent commissioner. Look at other sports to see that there aren't really any "great" commissioners in any sport, it's a tough job.
