When I watched this as a fairly young teenager I had no idea who on earth Princess Grace of Monaco was so my first exposure to her entire existence was this bit from Mock The Week. Now every single time she has ever been brought up in conversation or I've read her name in a book or whatever, my brain defaults to Princess Monaco of fucking Kent. I don't even know who Princess Grace of Monaco is but I'll be damned if I don't think she's a native of Kent for the rest of my days.
"I don't even know who Princess Grace of Monaco is" Was, actually. She died in a car accident in 1982. She met her future husband, Prince Rainer of Monaco, during her previous career. Before she married him, she was Grace Kelly, a really well known actress from the 50s-in fact she won the Best Actress Oscar in 1954.
Just revisiting this moment again now that the show has ended, and it's still one of my favourite moments from the whole series. If you're reading this you have the best sense of humor in the world, Love from Sweden
This really cracks me up every time, know the words of everybodys jokes but even now with my mother dying of cancer and myself recovering from a broken spine (slowly) it is always soooooo funny, cant stop laughing even if I cant yet move or even walk with a walker, cant stop laughing even if it hurts like hell laughing. One of my all time favourits on Mock the week. 🤣
Still funny five years later. Josh's reaction, as if he were seeing it happen in real time and it was being permanently seared into his retinas, was absolutely priceless.

I think Gary had half of Princess Grace mixed up with that one that gives out the trophies at Wimbledon, Princess Grace of fucking Kent, or something like that...
Yeh Marie (Princess Michael). She has a really long name about 8 names. There is the wife of Prince Edward Duke of Kent, Katherine. She's nearly 90. Princess Alexandra late 80s and the Duchess of Gloucester, Birgitte. She must be in her 70s. You never hear anything about them in the news unlike some of the others.
