Dr has shown what are the items to be avoided..This covers almost 75%,We will be happy if it is told what are the food items to be consumed.

Sir, a good question.The 75%foods to avoid were not advised to be avoided all the time fully.A trial and error method,to find out which suits you and which is not,was advocated .I hope this clears your doubt sir.It is not possible or ot necessary to avoid all the foods,all the times.

Sir,very difficult to give a detailed diet plan here.Please follow the following: 1.High protein foods.One egg per day may be given. Salmon fish occasionally if non-veg 2.Low carb diet (maximum 130 calories/day).Beans,legumes,pulses,leafy greens,whole grains like brown rice,fruits and vegetables depending on the presence or absence of Diabetes, Hypertension,Heart disease, cholesterol and obesity like oranges,pears,apples,plums , strawberry, cauliflower,sweet potato,tomato,papaya,carrot etc etc. 3.Low fat dairy products (milk and it's derivatives) 4.cold pressed ground nut oil or sesame oil. Minimal daily exercise,good sleep will do wonders for the 70 years old lady. The exact diet plan to choose will depend upon her present health condition. All the best.
