This same guy was captured three times during the ssecond world war. Once in Poland in 1939, then in Italy sometime later, and eventually Germany. Each and every time he would escape to some neutral or allied country and rejoin the fight.
at the age of 60 with one eye and one arm he singly handidly dug his way out of a con camp. the dude really was a example of a real life legend someone who the word "impossible" ment jack shitte too.
Survived two plane crashes as well, one of which he swam to shore after it crashed into the sea. He also managed to evade capture from the Italians after that escape for 2 weeks by dressing up as one, despite him not knowing the accent or the language. He also insulted Mao Zedong in his face when he went to China as an ambassador. In response, Mao laughed it off.
And he only retired after falling down the stairs, Yes. A man who fucking tanked a lot of injured, escaped a lot of POW camps ONLY RETIRED AFTER FALLING DOWN THE STAIRS
@@impirialgaming7341 this soldier completed all side quests, main quests, the entire storyline, and had his fun, and then he logged out after 83 years
Everybody's reaction to seeing what this guy went through during his time in the wars was priceless. Even Rory and Kurokawa were shocked themselves at what they were seeing. I also like how Tuka asked where her hamburger went, not to mention the part where you gave everyone a couch to sit on was so kind of you to give them something to sit on.
I think your channel is a good example of what can be done with Gacha when used right. 10/10 content, smiled like the crazy unkillable soldier while watching
@@dr.peanutsheesh6176There was a story about a 6 year old in the russian army during WW2, he was adopted by a russian soldier after the his parents were executed by germans.
That man, proved that even in grim times, some soldiers are just absolute madmen who enjoy war, and can take a beating Also love what you did with Emperor Molt, making him respect this madman and correcting his son, (I feel like he wasn't punished enough as a kid) Never underestimate a madman of a soldier in war, they may give you hell, or be your inspiration
Agreed like madjack or the amarican mad major both were madmen like bringing a sword to a gunfight and still live through ww2 or strapping 8 m1 bazookas on a L4 grasshopper scout plane and destroying tanks and other transport vehicles and went back to teaching after ww2 like it never happened emagion that
We Italian also had some of those... Some examples are Enrico Toti (fought WW1 with only one leg and using a crutch and, in Caporetto, after being shot to the other leg, he stayed behind covering the retreat and, when ran out of ammo, he threw his crutch to the enemy before being ultimately killed) or Amedeo Guillet (known by the Brits as "Commander Devil". I don't remember his story right now, but it was pretty crazy).
Ww1 made men a different breed. They all went through hell, and either hated their stay, or made the most of it. But only one, only one, enjoyed a stay in hell. That’s him.
To make him fear our world show him the ducking nuke just so they know why they should never underestimate our world we could end owerself over 5 times over that's how much power we have just so they know they can't mess with has or good bye cool world cartoon meme or rip or the WTF meme
It's a strange thing, this man's story. Wounded 11 times, losing an eye, a hand, and part of his arm, quote "enjoyed the war," While most people took maybe a few shots, an artillery shell? Came back with nightmares and mental issues. One has to wonder just what this man had in his spirit to survive mentally in conflict like the great war. Certainly, we need more brave souls like him in the world.
Not really. According to his memoir and many historical accounts, Sir Adrian Carton de Wiart found life as an aristocrat to be very boring and longed for excitement and adventure. When the Second Boer War was happening, he dropped out of Cambridge and signed up for the British army under the name Trooper Carton and lied about his age, he was 19 and the minimum age for recruitment in Britain back then was 20. He even said that if the British army didn't take him, he would just fight for the Boers instead. His father wasn't happy when he found out that Adrian chose to sign up for the army, but he begrudgingly allowed him to continue to make a name for himself as a soldier. Sir Adrian Paul Ghislain Carton de Wiart would eventually be awarded the Victoria Cross during WWI. He also said to Mao Ze Dong after WWII ended as Britain's ambassador to China "I hate Communinism", apparently Mao thought it was funny because he laughed about it. Literally his whole existence was based in being so bored he decided "I'll become a soldier" to alleviate it.
When RORY says SHE wouldn't want to feel the pain this guy went through, it really means something! Also love Mari's new design! And the Emperor was amazing as well! And always a bliss to see Zorzal shutting up really~ I won't say it enough but your work is just so damn qualitative, this is amazing, I literally can't get enough, I often rewatch all your reactions due to how great they are, keep up the good work! Edit: I saw Sabaton just released "The First Soldier", boy, I'm hyped as fuck now! ALBERT ROCHE FTW
There's still room for improvement! 😉 Anyways.. I don't know if you had watched this video or not.. but if you didn't, I'm sure you'd be more than happy! This video is about the story of Albert Severin Roche. It features both Yarnhub's superb animation skills, and of course the song itself, The First Soldier. Here! 🙃👇 m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-s8_nSUiTUUY.html
It happens hopefully in the future you do nuke attack from sabaton and the video of ascotter because it has little more info about the attack and why they dropped a nuke on jupan
oh i just want to see zorzal,s assholeness melt as he realizes that the empire is fuked when he sees the atomic bomb ooohhh boy i just want him to realize how powerful we really are and stand there denying such devastation but oh sir yo,re are so dead wrong
This man is the definition of balls of steel, because he did got shot in the balls and he just walks it off like it’s nothing And the only thing that killed him is age, god bless this warrior angel
Man that's definitely the definition of balls of steel but getting shot in the balls is the most disrespectful thing you can do to an enamy and how is that possible getting shot in the balls like who aims for that
@@seabas12 well bullets go everywhere and in no mans land u know ur gonna die because u’ll be expose to a bunch of bullets So no one was really aiming his groin it’s just that they were just shooting the enemy i mean do u expect to be shot in the leg insted of the head i bet not
@@seabas12 is there even any respect in war, i mean who even cares about being disrespected the only ones that felt disrespected are just the officers in duty
This one of hell that SABATON deserves a lot credits, their music, their lines has the same on threat with our histories of were we living in, these kinds of songs shouldn't let abandoned and will be remain on our hearts as a SABATON fan!
Broooooooo love your channel can I have a request plssssss😗 Can you make the other rose order react to Sparta sabaton I wanna see their reaction THANKS
Recently I just finished the auto biography he wrote about himself it’s called Happy odyssey and it is a really good book and the jokes he adds were pretty funny and his outlook on life was really interesting 10/10 recommend for anyone even slightly interested in history
I think Seven Pillars of Wisdom would be nice to do next if we're doing badass soldiers. That or White Death, The Last Battle, Talvisota, or ANY of the songs on the Heroes album.
I love how much of a comedy/parody the music video is. It fits Adrian’s life pretty well since his military career can be seen as comedic . . . in a twisted way
The funny thing is that time he got shot In the eye he kept charging not knowing he got shot in the actual battle due to adrenaline but he finally realized 5 or so seconds later. He was the first gigachad.
This man, the unlikable soldier it's truly a GIGACHAD 2 world wars and he's still enjoyed war. Also, another video well done. Your content is the definition of quality Ps: May i suggest (and if you don't have any other plans) to make them react to Wolfpack? It's one of my favorite songs of Sabaton and i think they deserve to know about the Battle of the Atlantic.
New thing to make you smile: Imagine that, staring at 4:36, every subsequent shot qould just reveal a tiny bit more of Itami. Revealing that the entire song was about that "happy-go-lucky-nerd" you seem to know on your day-to-day basis ;)
Interesting story: From what I know that in Austria at the Ambras Castle is a painting about a Hungarian nobleman soldier from 16th-17th century, who was called Baksa Márk that suffered a head injury during a battle with the Ottoman Turks. According to the story, in this battle, the lance of a Turkish soldier penetrated his skull, destroying his right eye. The tip of the weapon protruded from his body on the back of his neck or on his neck, according to some sources, he pierced the part of the neck below the left ear. Despite this, the soldier managed to survive his wound and later participated in further battles of the Fifteen Years' War (1591/93-1606). According to the chronicles, he survived his wound for a year. Also your making really great videos 👍.
That was absolutely fantastic. I loved everyone's reactions to the unkillable soilder. You do great work. I agree with everyone from gate. This guy is superhuman. Even i am amazed.
The video is just great! It was interesting to watch how the characters were surprised that Sir Adrian was still alive, despite the numerous injuries. Great idea with an animated biography at the end! We are waiting for the reaction to the Night Witches and Aces in Exile. P. S. It is better to arrange a vote first, so that the viewers themselves choose a song for a new video.
YOU KNOW IVE BEEN WAITING!!!!!! I’m glad this ridiculous man and legend has ween witnessed by these clueless knights from another dimension. Now my wish a music video about my homeland of Sweden!
hahaha, poor Tuka. Every video a different way of bullying. F the Hamburger Great to see Shino for this video! Hope she likes it : ) I love how the characters interact between them. Makes a nice intro n.n Poor Mori. She gonna suffer this time : ( hahahah, thank you Shino for the remark of the Thompson in WW1 XDD Really good the reactions of everyone to the mass shooting. It's truly shocking. Ohh? Piña is afraid of needles? Interesting. HAHAHAHAHA, ahhhhh. All the effort you put giving them a couch and they still prefer the floor XDDDDD Nice post-video explanation, although it seems still is some info missing? At least it seemed that way. Ahhh, I really enjoyed this video.
Did you know an amarican officer during WW1 thaught of an idea of a trench broom during 1918 but the war Finnished before he could finalize the design and the design would go on to be the Thompson submachine gun so technically the Thompson submachine gun was in development during WW1 just so you know that fact but a cool detail
Even parts of its design would influence other guns it was one of the best self loading pistols out for it's time and I love it for that fact the 1911 is my favorite self loading pistol it has the same reliability of a ak47 a pistol with a reliability of an AK-47 and the pistol with that reliability is the 1911 it served in the mud and it was fine ww1 was filled with mud and the 1911 said I don't care for mud even went through ww2 Vietnam were the jungle would get inside of guns and the 1911 didn't care but yeah the pistol is the most reliable pistol for it's time granted you had to clean it every now and then
@@quangtruongle7823 I never had said anything about a person my comments are about guns not a person do you ever played a ww2 video game or watched a ww2 movie that stars the Americans side or played call of duty or battle field and other games the 1911 has been in almost every shooter ww2 ww1 Vietnam and modern era type games the 1911 would feachur the pistol as a secondary and is always a good sidearm in the game and let's not forget about movies to you can't picture the 1911 to be used as a villains gun except terminator because in his first movie the terminator used a modified 1911 to try and kill Sera Conor but failed
I must say this is damn good and enjoyable as always. If you are going to keep doing these then may I suggest maybe a two-parter so you can maybe cut down the time of production and make things easier on your end. Other than that I am enjoying the new characters you have here. May I suggest the red baron song or devil dogs next? Other than that keep up the good work.
Thanks, Derek! However, about your suggestion, I'll just stick to what I'm currently doing! 😁 In addition, after Panzerkampf, I'd definitely look to Devil Dogs! ;)
Please do steel commanders (ASCotter) next, I would love to see the reaction of the falmart natives about the evolution of tanks, starting from the Mk. 1 up to the Leopard tank
_Blackbeard Laugh._ Dear Prince cheese stick, you couldn’t even come close to such a man! He who marched willingly to war, many might call mad, but he is one Hell of a soldier! That is a Apostle of God! He earned the title fair and squire!
@@hidemhd1962 If you want a British mad man, try Mad Jack. Went into battle with only Scottish broadsword, bow & arrow, and bagpipes! First man to fell an enemy by arrow in WW2!
But it rarely saw combat in WWI because it was made so late that it was practically a non-factor in battle. It saw a lot of use as a weapon of choice for the police and gangsters during the Roaring 20s and the Great Depression of the 30s.
@@jaydeleon8094 I think what makes people go "Thompson didn't exist in WWI" is because of how late it was made that there weren't that many pictures of it during that time frame. Of the many pictures and camera reels depicting WWI on the American side, most showed them with weapons like the Springfield 1903, Vickers machine gun, Colt 1911, and Winchester pump action shotgun. And fun fact: the Germans hated fighting the US Army in WWI because the shotguns often left wounds that were very difficult for medics to treat and were quote "very painful" since American army members loaded 00 buck shot into the guns for maximum damage in the trenches. They even tried to get shotguns banned when the Geneva Convention was first established. Bad news, they didn't ban the use of shotguns.
Well I had a moment, I was waiting for your next video and I checked hours later seeing it up but I never got the notification, my big brain forgot to subscribe cause I actually enjoy your content
I gotta say this is top notch! I love your animation style! Btw I have a request for the song coat of arms, seeing as they have already reacted to Sparta. Keep up the good work!!
WOW!! You actually replied. Didn’t think you would see this so thanks for checking around here! Keep up the great work man. Don’t push yourself though!
Got one suggestion, have em react to the war to end all wars and show em the total death count along with how the world entered ww2, that'll knock the royal brat off his high horse
At first I wasn't on board with music video Gacha reactions, but this channel has got me hook. Also the level of quality is a step up from most other channels. Great work and keep it up!
Zorzal could've listen to Talvisota, since it's a song of Soviet humiliated defeat to a smaller country(Finland). The lyric of "He through of the might he process, but not of his foe" can represent how Zorzal thinking of Japan.
The will and stubbornness of man can make them do the most impossible task even if its looking directly at death itself with a smile and show him the dirty finger
You know what? I think we should knock zorzal out of his delusions, by showing him what a nuke is. And then telling him that it wasn't the largest (as hydrogen bombs are more powerful). Shock and awe, Call of Duty style.
Great Video. one of my favorite songs from Sabaton, I hope the following video will be the Night Witches mostly because I wanna see the girls' reactions to them. sorry have to resubmit this comment again
I'm also looking forward to the reaction video to this song! I hope he will include new characters in it, for example, the girls from the Order of the Rose.
I know that you've heard the "You've got their personalities down pat" But you do, even tukas innocence with the joke of "That's a long life for you, right?" Good job
Is this about Adrian Carton De Wiart? That man was a beast. He was shot in the face, head, stomach, ankle, leg, hip, and ear; was blinded in his left eye; survived two plane crashes; tunnelled out of a prisoner-of-war camp; and tore off his own fingers when a doctor declined to amputate them.
3:06 To answer your question Kurbyashi, that was indeed a Thompson, although that particular weapon didn't come out until 1918, the year the war ended.
After this video ended, I got an add with someone crying on a kitchen floor. 😂 Hehehehe in black and white! (WHEEZE) hahahaha! 🤣🤣 Man, I found them after the video, just out of their mind.
The bro fought in ww1 and ww2. Thats why there was also Thompson in the video. Also once ge lost his hand he said:"who need guns anyway" and went around with a bag full if gramades and keep throwing them at the enemy. I mean to Hell and back Audie Murphy talk about his ptsd and tyen....there is this guy
I like how you have them all reacting in some way. Most other gachas I've seen just do face swaps and shading over the eyes but not really any talking.
You HAVE to let them react to Shiroyama next! I'm really loving your videos, and it would be awesome if they react to Shiroyama, a song depicting the battle of the old and new.
What can I say. Us Brits have some of the crazy yet bravest warriors known to man at our reach. From the Scots, Aussies, Gurkha's onward. We turned to the world after a century of invasion from France, the romans, the Vikings and said ''This is how you invade and make an empire''. The saying : ''The sun never sets on the British empire'' are long gone and stained in blood from many a conflict but to say we didn't make an impact on the world is an greatly understatement statement. Peace to all and to all a final rest.
