The saying "The war was won with American steel, British intelligence, and Soviet blood" is more accurate than you think. The US made 10% of Britain's wartime materials and equipment and 7% of the USSR's, as well as supplying their own entire military and fighting Japan on the other side of the globe. For the USSR, almost 90% of the support from the USA was in logistical support because the soviets, like Russia today, didn't have strong logistics. By 1944, the USSR was out of recruitable men, so every loss the USSR was suffering was a permanent loss, and that is reflected today if you look at the former soviet state's population pyramids, truly Soviet blood. The British were the ones cracking the German codes because every branch and sub-branch of the German gov and military had different codes, and they were the ones who figured out the codes and shared the intel with the allies.
Soviet Union victory was made of Russian, Ukraine, Belarus, Mongolian and so much of others blood, so calling that most of the effort were put by only America or Britain is not just a joke, its like watching an entire circus. For allies what was in Normandy, Ardennes and Africa were just and walk in the park, for Soviet Union this was hell on earth at first, then it was turn for Germany and their allies. If you know about what happened in the Leningrad (Saint-Petersburg) there was an many attempts of trying to de blockade the city, despite whole and unbreakable encirclment city stood till the were free. The sheer want to remove damn ring from city were driving people both of high ranking officers and regular soldiers mad. There near the cite located place called: Мясной Бор. The battle to tear trough the blockade was more like mad dash trough the Vietnam by Soviets, but there was not jungles, unpassable swamps. Some of the folks around that place claimed that if you stand for some time around that place you will hear screams and shooting of the soldiers back there, strict and urgent orders to attack, roaring of the tank engines on the distance and canons go off. Wasn't here myself, too far from there, but only description of what can be experienced in that place makes it more scarier and mysterious. @@conradshtock3039 I suspect that no matter in which (there may be exceptions) country the Gate would open, if the soldiers of such a country (or one of the allies) found out how inhumanely, for our times, prisoners were treated (and yet there were also deaths of civilians of "our" world) then I doubt many would have held out before the prince was severely beaten.

Seeing Zorzal's ego make me want him to react to Carolus Rex, it would be a blow for him to hear this line: "Fifteen years have I've been waiting to sit upon my throne." Or "Crowned by God not by the church as my power is divine." And many more like "They thought I was too young to rule a land, just as they failed to understand born to rule!" "I was chosen by heavens!"
another fun fact about this song. the song was written by RADIO TAPOK, who tends to Russian covers of various songs, mainly Sabaton. so what he did was he wrote it as a Sabaton song, then had Sabaton cover it at the same time. and I would like to see Zorzal react to the fallen of WWII

I absolute love how, the reactions are actually true to character and after rewatching GATE recently....ya Zorzal would be this dense even if was given a front row seat to the Battle of Moscow, or even Stalingrad. Hell you could put this man in a boat, stick him in the middle of the Battle of Midway, and he would still argue he could sink the Japanese AND American fleets with the Empire's Navy. Heck at this point, I think Zorzal could be sent to the Halo Universe and Claim the Empire could take on a UNSC Fleet led by Admiral Cole. Then again, in the Novels teh Empire does actually take down JSDF Helos and stuff so maybe he isn't Fully full of it. But I haven't finished the novels so with hold such praise.

I have a video idea (don't have to do this, your wellbeing is worth way more than posting videos) but if you can and feel like it, I think a video purely based on showing zorzal modern warfare and rubbing it in his face how easy the empire would be easy to take down would be satisfying

I remember what happened during Stalingrad, the German third army being encircled in one Russia's own cities. Being forced to fight for literally every inch. A battlefield for each house. Moscow must've made it look like child's play.

I have been loving these reacts, and I hope you get them to react to Sabaton's Nuclear Attack song, as well as maybe some other WW2 stuff relating to Japan, and other japanese history stuff, so they can see more of Japan in history, as well as see that Germany and Japan were allies for ww2 in case they havent seen it yet, I dont remember if its popped up lol! The Nissan Skyline R34 is a japanese made sports car made in the 2000s, it is a very popular car with appearances in Fast & Furious Tokyo Drift and Initial D. The most well known but also rare version of the R34 was the GT-R varient Hopefully this answered Tuka's question at the beginning.

I can guess that your doing their WW1&2 songs atm and I love it. Great War, To Hell and Back, Lady of the Dark, A Ghost in the Trenches, 82nd all the way, Night Witches, and Primo Victoria are the ones I can remember off the top of my head that you haven't done yet. PS: When you research the story for a song, Sabaton's official lyric videos have info provided in them during guitar solo parts, an ex being their ghost in the trenches one around the 2 min mark. I feel like you already know this but just in case, ya know ^^ Also, take your time with all this, the list of Sabaton songs ain't short and you know we don't mind waiting

I feel like soldier of heaven would be a neat one. Gate is of the level where mountains are the domain of gods and dragons where survival is a privelage and merely traversing them with an army an epic feat of the greatest generals and conquerors (I.e Hannibal). Meanwhile I’m WW1 the Italians and Austrians perfected how traverse, attack, defend, to cause avalanches to be as deadly for the enemy as possible, and literally blew the top off one mountain in ww1.
