I'm getting teary eyed again. Growng up, I always wanted to be a Gator. Graduating from UF was a bittersweet day for me. (Yay! I did my 4 years! Damn. I'm no longer a true Gator.) I have tickets to Gator Growl 2008 so it will be thrilling to be back in the Swamp again... even if I am older than probably 80% of the people at the school. I just hope I don't turn into one of those "snooty UF alumnus". I want to be like my mom and regain some of my youth with every visit.
I graduated from Alabama and theTide is number one with me, but I really like the Gators, their school, their spirit and it's a pleasure to share a spot in te SEC family with UF. Go Gators and ROOOOLLLLLLL Tide. I think "We Are theBoys is a great song and I always enjoy the Florida folks singing it after the third quarter when I'm at Bama/Florida games.
My mom's family are Gators. My dad was a Tennessee Volunteer fan. When Florida played Tennessee, my dad wore his orange and white, to the chagrin of my mother. 😉❤ If Florida won, my aunt sent him a sympathy card. If Tennessee won, my dad sent her the card back. Great fun.
No you didn't. We took care of you. I just gave the devil its due when I complimented the music. But I'm a Dawg so the University of Florida will always be the Axis of evil to me, I'm sure you understand lol
always love to stand up at the end of the third quarter and sing this song, while watching all the opposing team's players and fans look at us like we're gay. its awesome. GO GATORS!!
What the.....WTF is going on? A polite Bama fan? Hats off to you, good sir, truly a sport! May the road rise to meet you and the wind be always at your back!
Gotcha covered son, no prob. I'll try to drum up some decent weather for the game, too. GRIN What a great defensive matchup that's gonna be, good Luck Nittany Lions! Y'all BRANG IT!
@bijoukaiba HELL YEAH GOOO GATTOORRSS!!!! WIlll miss you tebow, you broke basically all SEC records and won hiesman and 2 national champs. GOO GATORS!!!
ya but i was watching abunch of old FLA games and leak trows alot of interceptions. but all around, i love Tebow. he is a great guy, a strong christian, and an excellent QB
It's funny how a "TIDE" fan is watch Gator videos. One day you might be able to make your own. That is if Saban doesn't leave your school in the middle of the night.
an announcer once said that when running out of the tunnel they looked like a bunch of elephnats so they just embraced it. and auburn says war eagle. its not their mascot. ...go gators!
im a uga fan that obviously doesn't mean shit to the gator fans but tim tebow is the only thing that comes to mind when i think of florida football there won't be another classy player in the SEC like him again wish u guys the best of luck this fall
You know, someone was nice enough to post this on here for some others to enjoy and inevitably those who lead negative lives and have inferiority complexes come on here and start talking crap about games long ago. Grow up and act like a decent person or just shut it. Go Gators!
You got that right! I believe the last time Michigan won a title was in 1992 or 1993. Since then, the Gators have ammased 7 SEC titles in arguably the best conference in football, 2 National titles in football and basketball. If you need proof at how lucky that victory was, then look no further than OSU who has gotten there asses handed to them the last two BCS title games by LSU and Florida from the SEC. Michigan got lucky cause they were playing for their coaches last game. GO GATORS!
A superior team...in a superior state, with superior facilities and superior fan base,.....how I enjoyed giving UGA fans pure hell saying this during the SS era....
@keith2k1 The 2010 National Champs have not been crowned yet, LOL. Bama does have a great chance of going back to back, they do have to replace 9 starters on defense though. Should be a great season. Florida will be very good again. Good luck LSU.
@Flamsick I like fans like you. So many people talk shit about anything a team does with no respect at all. You gotta respect good programs, no matter where you graduated from or who your team is
