I’m amazed by how much this guy knows about skate products. He goes into such depth & mentions things I’ve never even heard or thought of. Big ups Law, you’re *the* man!
Hey law , I have been hospitalized for over working my muscles before . It actually almost caused kidney failure . It was pretty extreme . 100 push up’s is a lot especially for people who haven’t worked out in some time . One suggestion I can give you, is some recovery time for your muscles. I only work my Chest & Triceps every 3 days , because I workout different muscle groups daily . However , at least do your muscles a favor and do your 60 pushups every other day . Your muscles tear and grow back stronger every time , (and bigger) If you don’t rest you keep re-tearing your muscles daily . Especially not being a kid anymore, that’s not a good idea. Hope that helps ! -Pauly Duke
100 press ups a day sounds like a really bad idea. Focussing solely on a single pressing movement, without any pulling exercises to complement them, will create an imbalance and likely lead to a repetitive strain injury. You should incorporate some kind of pulling movement into your routine like pull ups or dumbbell rows. Also, 100 reps of any heavy resistance exercise is considered high volume and would require adequate rest days to gain any benefit from it. When an exercise makes you sore, you should avoid that exercise until your muscles have fully recovered, unless you want to get yourself injured. Please be careful Law! 💛
"[Post] that 360 that you've never been able to do as a kid" 😂 feeling personally attacked, but also, thanks for the idea of what my next upload will be 🤔
@backtoblading Could you maybe give advice on when to replace the wheel? Because once the initial profile is worn off, I mostly have the famous "two planes meeting on a ridge" profile. And i then flip wheels to keep the ridge in the center. I suppose the performance then isnt the same as with the designed profile, but i still have lots of urethane, so i dont want to dispose the wheels. I'm on aeon 60 stock wheels. But most people T-stopping are familiar with the situation i suppose. thank you
I skate my wheels until they are too small to fit in my frame (walls are practically touching the ground) or until they explode Just keep rotating and don't worry too much
Usually best advice is to rotate as often as you can, and replace when they wear so much you can feel it. Stock wheels aren’t going to last very long regardless. How are you rotating them? Just flipping them around or proper rotation?
Hi Law, is the core from the 50/50 prime frame narrow enough to mount directly to the boot without getting in the way of the surrounding mounting bolts? I was thinking a 3D printed soul frame that uses the Prime core for more rigidity would be a cool idea. I know you lose the advantage of not dealing with UFS bolts by going the soul frame route but the extra strength from the core might be worth it.
Why did you choose to make Standard frames instead of using 50/50 frames? I would have thought you would have saved time and cash doing that and it would have been an easy relationship to establish.
Would be awesome to transport the Omni with this bag when they arrive here in Germany. The factory ships directly to this is soul ? Did I get this right ? 😅❤
Yes, they will have skates going directly from the factory. I just got a new order from them this weekend and I’ll make sure there’s some backpacks there.
