Hello Law, I really enjoy your videos, especially the skate reviews & these Gear Talk episodes, please keep making them. Greetings from Dublin, Ireland 👍☺️
Glad you're better! Yes, that TENS can work wonder! My PT also applied it and did dry needling which I can also recommend to relieve cramped muscles (for me after an acl tear). As I had my inner left meniscus removed (about 15 years ago) and my left acl tore 2 years ago (unoperated), I needed to recover and maintain my leg strength and need to keep doing it. First I needed to workout in the gym with weights, but now for maintaining my leg strength and flexibility, kneesovertoes exercises without any weights really helped (there's a youtube short with 9 exercises - just takes 5mins every day).
I'm glad you're doing better. I have a program through my job called Hinge Health that I've been using to train my lower back. When I do it consistently, it really works. But I still need to lose some weight off my front, that is my main problem. I've been throwing out my back for a long time.
@Adam-M- I get awful pain in my lower back too, I think it could be from my mattress. It’s quite old & not very firm. I could probably do with losing some weight on the front too, I’m starting to aquire a fairly decent beer belly! 😥
