Yeah, he doesn't want a repeat of his relationship with his daughters, so he's trying hard with the younger generation. Gotta be so hard for Natalie, seeing all these people she knew who aren't the same.
@@michaelleary9233 I think what makes things hard for Natalie is that they are exactly the same. Lois seems to be exactly the same as Natalie's Lois. The only difference is her circumstances. When Natalie says things like "I know you're not my mom. I know you're not my grandfather." I think it's a coping mechanism. She feels like Lios is her mother and Sam as her father. If she didn't this situation wouldn't matter.
@@hahahaha147 Probably with Lois, but I wonder if Sam was the same on her world. Superman was different, and so far there's no John Henry to compare to her father, so who knows?
@@briredrose I don't think so. That is something he wanted to talk to her about but that wasn't his motive. Natalie is brilliant just like her dad and Sam admires that. That is his biological granddaughter and I think he's a aware of that and wants to get to know her.
