Why do you always try to use fireworks to get enemies to shoot each other? Fireworks make enemies shoot randomly, flares make enemies shoot at them. Love the vids:)

Hi its been a while keep the vids coming.... im having issues in the forest region, im on xbox but every time i go to the bottom of farmland near the town my game lag and then kicks me..... does anybody else have this issue or is it just me...... new update looks awesome ... have been playing for over a year and still loving it......

Oh it's fun the only thing I've noticed is that the map is different and the other day I found my first base it's so fun I'm glad it happened great addition to a game about robots

8/10. 9/10 if they fixed the ”our new home” mission but i still love it :D

Played this for hours with my girlfriend last night. Love the dedication to this game that the generation zero devs are showing to their game. They listen to their player base and the game is extremely enjoyable. It’s amazing to see how far the games come from the buggy mess it was when it first released on console. I’ve been playing from the day one console release and even with the bugs I was enjoying it……..Very rare these days for game devs to listen to their player base and give us amazing free content updates and DLC fairly priced and worth buying.

Attack the Machinegun Turrets from behind, there are two red energy cells without armour, just blow them up and the whole turret falls apart.

Excellent stuff. Only one query though... why are the defence turrets facing in the way. Surely it'd make sense for them to be firing out the way to hit you approaching the base ?

Question : For some reason my Lilldamm Control Point says " neutral " base zone says " and it is just a pile of large crates and some tires. Do i just have to run around and wait until they capture it ?

how do you get concrete if you have not got bases spawning ? 12:25 still can't find the third weapon at that camp.

Hi . is it possible to loot the scheme for the grenades (Granatgevär) now?

I can't for the life of me get the base assault to start. I have played for hours killing machines in the forest region but nothing works. I only have 4 rivals and my region score is 11, am i doing something wrong ? EDIT: As always i make a comment and then as soon as i do it works for me when i get back in game lol.

Game fun but I can see it getting boring after while because once you get the rocket launcher its pretty much easy from there me and the guys last night killed so many tanks and wolf scouts

My humble opinions here are based exclusively on single player guerrilla level gameplay. The game map, and the audio and visual aspects of Generation Zero are downright beautiful, and the shooter mechanics are solid. That said- if the developers are actually interested in attracting new players in any substantial number, then the new base building system is a death sentence for this game if they continue down this line. The map already has dozens of bases on it. Okay, not all of them have every workstation- but with fast travel, that's completely irrelevant. While having one custom built base is understandable, having multiple custom bases all over the map is not. The player- or a team- can only use one of them at a time, and this completely ignores the ones built into the game. The end result of this is that, after the main storyline ends, the game degenerates into a base building project in which the objective is to destroy waves of enemy machines. Base building is no substitute for a real game, and destroying waves of machines over and over is no different than a good arcade shooter Generation Zero needs to get back to its roots. Player immersion (what some call suspension of disbelief) is vital if new players are to be drawn to this game. The developers made a GREAT start in this with a truly outstanding world for exploration and a solid storyline with viable quests, and they should continue down this path instead of making the focus of the game base building and wave shooting. There are three large islands in the game which should be developed in the same way as Himfjall was. This should assume priority over adding bases. At the combat level, the tanks, harvesters, and mechanical units need to be more accurate with their gunfire. They supposedly ran over and smashed Sweden's armed forces and are primarily responsible for the disappearance (death?) of the population of Sweden- but for the player, they're not appreciably more than bullet sponges. The random loot generator needs work. In destroying Reapers and Rivals, I've obtained multiple Experimental Kvm 59s, Pvg 90s, and Grg M49s (I just picked up another Pvg 90 not ten minutes ago). Meanwhile, I have yet to see a single Experimental Kpist, or any 5 Crown shotguns, sniper rifles, Rlg- 7, or Kvm 89. I picked up a second HP5 (a weapon which I stopped using months ago) yesterday. I've purchased the Soviet Weapons Pack and US Weapons Pack No. 1. I've declined to purchase the US Weapons Pack No. 2, because the addition of more weapons to my game will simply reduce further the random chance of me obtaining one which I already don't have.
