@@shahrukh877 not too sure but he hasn’t had a poker tourney cash since 2012 according to his hendon mob which was around when this took place I believe. But what do I know lol maybe he’s a euro cash game crusher still.
yep, most people would either check to trap, all in bluff or over-bet too much which would lead to a fold. It was the perfect bet size to get maximum value out of that situation.
Whatever happened to Matusow? Actually, he shoulda retired a long time ago, the dude was an absolute wreck. Tom on the other hand, is the most entertaining and skilled player in my lifetime. Tom Drrr representing in high stakes poker and poker after dark!
If you're up against a NIT that three bets your 88 out of position I think you should fold, but Tom Dwan ain't a NIT, and it's more likely he holds a suited connecters like 67s than a premium like KK, so I agree with you this fold is questionable. Of course it's much easier for me to sit relaxed on the couch and hypothesize what's the right play instead of being on the spotlight and actually making the right play ;)
@@shoshanmaor you’re right, it’s definitely a call against Tom Dwan, but an equally trivial if not better call against a nit assuming they are playing deep enough (which they are in this case). Set mining against a nutted range is implied odds city. Easy to win a big pot and hard to lose a big one at the same time.
Some of the commentary was ridiculous and/or is outdated. Feldman can’t call a 3-bet reraise with 88 in position and super deep?? And when he folded the 7s to Ivey that wasn’t some brilliant read. Dwan could only beat a bluff..
Он конечно топовый покерист, но что за олень эту подборку составлял... в первой - "гениально" разыгран натс флеш, во второй - "гениально" сброшен туз хай... дальше даже смотреть не стал. Херню нарезали, которую сделает любой чайник.
