Mr. Beast's advice at the beginning is literally the only advice you need for any creative endeavor. Anything else you study is studying the craft and it's GREAT to have a teacher that knows how to shorten your learning journey. But from a philosophical sense Mr. Beast just told you everything you need to know. I have students that ask why they can't get something. I will often say (if they are in the mental space to receive it) "because you haven't failed enough yet".

The advice to make 100 videos is really sensible, it's unrealistic to expect a huge following without plenty of content. I'm up to 43 videos in just over a year which is nowhere near enough, and it's hard sometimes to keep going, but the best piece of advice I heard was that the people who are definitely going to fail are the ones that give up. It may take time, but keeping going is the main thing, and enjoy the journey. 👍

I usually make videos because I love that topic or I just suddenly had that thought and I wanna just make one video to share my thoughts. Over time our niche changes and our channel grows and I really think that the best advice is to just get started, start making more videos and listen to yourself what you are interested in. Thank you for this. I am at a point which I stopped swimming against the current, and I am just enjoying the process. The prospect of helping young children master two languages is exciting, but I am not there yet. I am just enjoying the process of making the videos and helping my little one get fluent in Spanish. Which was the whole point of creating the channel on the first place. At some point I got caught with the anxiety of getting monetized, as some of us do. But I release all that and decided to focus on the process and on my main goal of having my daughter be fluent in Spanish so she can communicate with our family back home. Whatever comes after that, is a bonus.

Super helpful! Just started my channel on self-development. I may not have many subscribers now but I had 0 before. Videos like this help me keep going when I feel like I am not making any progress or compare myself to those with millions of views and subscribers. For everyone working towards their dreams, don’t ever give up! Hope to share my story of triumph with you in a few years and share my progress.

There is no one way that works and everything is just too random and case sensitive to work the same for everyone, which is why hearing from a lot of different people is always interesting. They are talking about it from the perspective of what worked for them, and for a huge portion of channels that is not going to be what works. Even if everything is top tier quality, from production to writing to thumbnail, it doesn't guarantee you views and viewers at all. That said, there are good practices to follow regardless and that will help future proof your content and channel. But there just isn't one way of breaking through, aside perhaps of the most major trending topics but by and large most channels are in some other random niche.

08:53 yes! The opportunities! My channel is still small, but it led to access to venues and events, driving some of my dream supercars, free camera gear and monetisation via affiliate sales, meeting so many people including a much bigger car RU-vidr who I'm now in business with on a middle channel.

First and foremost all your content is fantastic!! Appreciate what you do for the RU-vid community especially the beginners such as myself. My takeaway is Mr. Beast's statement about make a 100 videos and improve something every time.

Great advice! Thank you for this! In a week i have a settled day where I'll find ways to learn from these types of people who are established on their platform. It's amazing how it works to grow the channel. Learning is really vital as a small creator even established ones. Lets keep on believing in what we do not see yet and trust the process. We'll get there. ✨

This advice was seriously awesome. I feel like I have a solid idea of what I want my channel to be like and a good plan to get it going. But I'm super green when it comes to all of this. And this advice was some of the best I've heard. THANK YOU

This is one of the best advice video about YouTubing ever. I started to make Segway videos because I have done 2000 kms on my new scooter in less than 30 days! My No.1 video is a CRASH video of me failing. Best time I have had in years!

Thank you very much for this advice. As a new content creator "late to the race" this has given me new fresh air to continue doing this which I love. I will definitely put this advice to practice and who knows (this is the vain me talking now) maybe further down the line I will be on the other side of this video

This video was much needed. Over years I would go and come to youtube and want to make videos, but school. Had to focus on school, a "future", I wish I didn't stop 8 years ago. I even noticed myself getting better each video, but then because I stopped I lost it.
