I feel like this bow was made specifically for Sethos. He scales with EM for a large amount of his kit and his charged shots drain his ER. I'm excited to try it on him 😀

I mean, I'll grab any Free 4 Star Weapon I can get. Don't think I'll use it, because I don't really use any of these characters, but maybe they'll be a future character that it works perfectly with.

I personally disagree with some of these statements. I'd say that Venti can't make much use of it because it is not easy to recharge with him on a team where he's the only anemo and you pretty much need to burst every rotation in a bunch of teams that you use him. I also disagree with Faruzan using it. Faruzan is an anemo support so using her in a team with no anemo characters is a big waste. Also she only needs energy recharge, other stats are almost useless. Em would make no sense since the only helpful thing on her kit is her burst and maybe her charged atks if you're missing a crowd controller. Not saying em is bad, but if you're giving her a weapon with a useless for her stat that also takes away her charge from her burst which is the most important but hardest thing to obtain for her, then it should be clear that this weapon is a total no. Also about Yoi using it, I'm not against it but I think something like the slingshot would be better for her since you'd gain more cr, the base atk loss isn't that big and you'll also have 60% more normal atk dmg if you R5 it which is a very easy accomplishment. You'll also get burst more often with the slingshot, not that important but with the cloudforged you're never gonna get burst while also running shimenawa but with other weapons at least you'll have it every now and then. Not saying your statements are necessarily wrong, I just personally disagree with your points of view on the versatility of the bow.

If you mentioned windblume you should also mention ibis piercer with reversed stats (attack% substat and em passive)

I was planning to give the bow to Sigewinne. But the effect is not tailor made for her. So I give it to Sethos instead.

If the bow can be use with burst use then yeah I can see everyone benefiting from it, but if it's only stuck on Sethos and Shiminawa users than it has limited uses unless you're willing to use Shiminawa Tighnari.

Trying to cut down my playing to just one account and OFC they had to release a new event exclusive weapon. At least the event is kinda fun. Trying to farm the stuff to level it while there's a discount, and I haven't unlocked the zone it drops in on 2 accounts, not so much (at least they're staying locked at AR45 & 35, so I only need to level it to 80/70 on those accounts). I have & play a lot of bow users, and it's always nice to get some half decent weapons, so I don't have to keep swapping the few I have around (loadouts when?), or having to use junk on 2/3 bow users in the team (Venti, Yoimiya, Fischl, Kokomi).

Banger vid🎉, i lost 50/50 on nahidas banner and got tighnari and also got baizhu last banner. This weapon as an f2p is what was left for my team with fischl, tigh, baizhu and furina. As stringless works better with fishl with that element skill dmg bonus, i needed another bow.

Imo Scion fits Sethos more aesthetically, but this one is probably more practical. Hmm, this certainly is a conundrum...

I'm using it for my ganyu with shimenawa set

i put this bow on sethos as a test and he actually started doing a little more dmg about 1k more

The passive only fits on sethos

If you do not have Elegy then it may be useful on Collei for Nilou bloom teams. Stringless is better on everyone else except perhaps a pure EM Venti without leveled talents.

Cloudforged sounds a little niche whennit comes to the passive though, seems apart from Sethos, only Shimenawa set can activate it, and oh btw, spot on pronounciation on Windblume though❤ Monstadt is kinda meant to be German.

this weapon for now only looks good for sethos and yet his bis f2p option most likely wont change from slingshot

Sadly for Emilie she is not a bow user. Honnestly they made the 3* weapon too good on Sethos, now he don't want his own event bow. PS: the Yoemiya EM build actualy sound decent and might be the bow best use, 325 EM from weapon is HUGE number.

But does it have multiplicative CO on semi charged shots?

I think Oz snap-shots EM so I just equip Fischl with the highest ATK and just leave it at that.

Nah, R5 Slingshot is still better on most of those characters. 3rd disappointing EM bow as event reward (if we count Ibis Piercer because of the effect).
