The only person that I remember Elvis getting off his seat, standing up to greet -was whenever George Klein walked in the room. GK was never on Elvis payroll. GK lived a humble life...After Elvis passed, he called me in LA, saying he's gotta foo hairline, I think he said for 2 years. Why? Well, I'm releasing my memoir... The Industry shut him up and shut him down. All "closest to Elvis" had to follow the task and gang bang Elvis legacy, especially the women closest to him...But GK remained true to Elvis, yet, took the truth as how and why Elvis had to die, to his grave. May he RIP.
Thanks George for this great video! Do you know I and my Swiss girlfriend actually met you and your other Swiss friend outside Graceland in May 2012 but of course you meet so many people and can't remember us all. But you told me you had been here in my country Sweden quite a few times..We will be coming back again in 2016!!!
Get a grip will ya? Learn how people were back in that time. Learn about male and female relationships before the 2nd wave of feminism crashed in. Learn how men spoke about women and women spoke about men. You can get an idea by watching some old movies from that time. You people live in this bubble of 2020 and onwards. Things weren't always the way they are and people weren't the same. I bet you don't even know much about 9/11, nevermind Pearl Harbor/WWII and back. When you've researched, then you can comment. As of now, you sound quite ignorant.
George,I respect you but are Memphis Mafia members right when they say you would show up at Graceland every Christmas to see what Elvis got you??Why would they say that? Also,Billy Smith said in El's final days you kept hanging around there and E would tell Billy to tell you he was busy and wasn't coming down but you just stayed while they watched you on his cc tv in his room.Did you feel the end of his life was near?Thanx GK.
