@@WhiteWolf65 i suspect NBC is going to settle this, as much as i despise Santos and his horse$hit - there ARE regulations for using materials for broadcast. the Kimmel show and NBC by proxy, skirted those regulations and failed to pay the required remunerations for the videos they aired. its just that simple and an EASY win for Santos in court. and its (iirc) about $20k PER video broadcast as a fee, plus whatever "damages" ( if any ) he can prove. but again, i suspect NBC will settle this (to the tune of about $200k) just to make it go away.
