He was extremely patient, considering the level of fykery that he had to deal with. However, he really had to be patient because he caused 95% of the delay. Arrest her as a Jane Doe. It takes 20 minutes to do. He needs additional training. It was almost as if he was taunting her. He absolutely knew who she was. He did the right thing if she committed a crime, but the time he spent taunting her and asking her for ID was a total waste of time and money. This is not an episode of cops. He did not get his job for entertainment purposes...so book her...and get back to work. Period.

She was never celebrated because being a glorified county clerk doesn’t call for that. She was the lowest of all judge positions and just filed paperwork for marriage certificates, and death certificates. She never presided over a single actual court case.

Just got off the phone with my son, former Atlanta PD law enforcement. This lady was properly treated. I didn't know Atlanta has a city jail. I thought that because they share the Fulton county jail with the city of Atlanta they did not have a city jail. My son said that because of her refusal to identify, her transport to Fulton County jail is correct process. When looking at the footage, she was treated properly and the proper processes were followed .it appears multiple supervisors were consulted as evidenced by the Sargents in the video. It surprised me that she wasn't charged with battery on a LEO. My son told me that if he was the arresting officer he would have included that charge. This video does nothing to vindicate her. If anything, it shows willful violation of the law. She needs to be removed from her position as judge.
