When you randori at these camps, what intensity level is it relative to Shiai? 30% 50%? 95% :D ? Also how many gi's do you take? I can't imagine washing gi's several times per day... ?? Also thanks for the video!!!
At these international camps it’s as close to competition as possible in terms of intensity. Often we are fighting players we could meet in competition so definitely +95% ! And I took 3 gi’s and had to rotate throughout the camp. Ideally a fresh kit each day but we only have so much luggage allowance
