Hey Lilly if I stopped at 8 min can I do the rest later on and will I still get the results in 14 days if I continue to do this everyday. Doing half & half through out the day. Or do u recommend all at once.

Tip: if your neck hurts your probably using that more than your abs so put your hands on the back of your neck and basically push it up and your abs with follow suit. It teaches your muscles to use your abs to get up and your neck won’t hurt anymore. Hope that helps!

try flexing your stomach when you do these work outs, if you’re laying on your back pull your stomach in, take a breath in when you’re no longer contracting muscle, as soon as you start contracting core muscles breath out. for example: when doing a sit up breath in when you’re going back down and breath out when you’re going back up. this will allow you to have more core control and engage your abs without interfering with your breathing

This is amazing, when I am in quarantine i will keep doing this 💙Day 1=✅i did it. It was fun and i love it. I feel my abs are burning. 💙day 2=✅ it was hard but i did it. I am not good in side planks😣 💙day 3= done. It was awsome 💙Day 4= ok ok it burns but 👌 💙day 5= yeah finally over, i feel something in my stomach like I have abs haha. 💙day 6= done, yey, it was fun 💙day 7= ok , done yet 💙day 8= omg, my stomach starting being a little bit flat 💙day 9= rest day, your body need rest (Pls like to remind me)😁

@Zahid Husain I have like a schedule So first i start with a 30 minutes cardio from walk at home by Leslie that's her channel And then i do lilly's sabri abs videos like SMALLER WAIST and LOSE BELLY FAT HOT GIRL SUMMER ABS in 10 days INTENSE LOWER ABS FAT in 7 days And many other i do like one of them each day!

I did this for 2 weeks as well as going for a run everyday the first week and i saw changes...my abs are more defined and her workouts are not like all the others..really creative and definately burned my abs. 10/10 would recommend especially in Quarantine

I did chole ting workout for 8 days and I never saw results but when I started lilly work out just in 7 days ( I'm doing the 14 days challenge) I saw amazing results!!that fact that I almost have a flat stomach makes me so happy!! I’ve been doing this for three days now and I’ve ALREADY felt the difference in the way I’m doing these exercises. In the beginning I could barely do 10 seconds of sit ups without dying but now I can do the whole 45 seconds! And my abs burn and are sore but it feels good!!

starting this! day 1: the burn is REAL! i took a few breaks, but that’s expected lol day 2: i did a different workout but i’m sticking to this one day 3: my stomach is SO sore! but i didn’t take any breaks 😩 day 4: not sore anymore and kinda starting to get used to it :)) note: i missed a few days but i’m back! day 5: done

girl! im not saying to do thos but if u want results faster, create a calorie deficit! cut about 500 calories less than what your age group needs to stay at that weight and you should lose abt 1-2 ibs a week. cardio is GREAT for weight loss (:. also, cut down on fast food, sugar, and sodium bc it can make u feel sluggish or bloated ^^

I cardio and do this home workout video now for 1.5 months plus with eat low carb, I lose 2kg. and I can see my 11 on belly clearer than before. For those who are trying to lose weight, just don’t give up and keep doing it. Thank you Lilly for your awesome videos.

always worked out the past year during pandemic but its not really for me, always felt tired with heavy workout. tried several diets as well, the only thing that worked for me without feeling like a shit was agoge diet. its easy and deliver results. never been happy

Really great workout!👍 I have been trying to get back in shape after surgery and I have been doing the same videos over and over and it stopped burning eventually. But this video I have been doing for a while and it still burns! I promise if you keep going you will see results! Show her some love and like the video because she deserves it!!💕

@@joli3000 Why do you think you should have pain? For me is enough to feel my core while training so that I know it's working. I don't feel sore afterwards but my abs definition becomes better still.

i've been doing this workout for quite a long time now and i can definitely see results! my stomach isn't as flat as i want it to be yet, but it's still way flatter than it used to be so i'm really grateful for your videos, lilly! they helped me a lot with everything: losing weight, looking better and because of them i finally started to like myself alongside with feeling better mentally, so i'm really glad that i found you! thank you so much and i hope you always feel good and have smile on your face 💗

@@yareliayala9279 i've been doing this workout for like,,, a month i think? maybe a month and a half, i'm not sure:( but i wasn't on any diet (i've basically eaten everything, sweets, fast foods and fizzy drinks included) so i think this workout it's very effective! but i was also doing other lilly's vids so i think that's why my belly looks better in that short time haha and thank you so much for those nice words, it means a lot to me:(

I’m starting this workout today March 29, let’s see how far I get in two weeks🙏. Update: So I just finished Day 1 and oh boy!! I felt the burn!!! It took me 20minutes to complete the workout cause I took breaks...however I had no ideas this was a superset workout but I still love it! Most challenging part was the leg raise pull down water bottle part Lool...but I got this! Thanks for this workout girl!🏋️‍♀️

hey guys!! i’m going to be updating everyday and give you MY results! ❤️❤️ day 1: definitely hard, i woke up with a line down my stomach but the fat is still there as expected. cant wait for tmw!! day 2: i’ve been doing this and april hans thigh workout as well as walking every day and i already got complements. my mom and dad said i looked good!! i mean this is expected from lilly so i’m not surprised! excited for day 3! day 3: i woke up with my upper abs toned and a kinda flatter stomach!! i still have a good amount of lower belly fat though :( tonight i’m going to do a cardio workout, can’t wait!! day 4: rest day :(( day 5: i walked/ran 5 miles today so i was really drained, i took many breaks but nonetheless finished!

I’ve been doing this workout for a week today and there is a huge difference. My stomach is harder and flatter like when you hit my stomach it doesn’t jiggle as much as it used to and it’s like super hard. My stomach is also flatter. I do this workout 2 a day and I do 3 - 20 squats and 3-15 with dumbbells that weight 5kg and this workout has TRANSFORMED me completely. I will do this another week and update if I have abs

For my first time trying this workout I expected it to be way harder but not only did I push through I'm ready to do another video! I have been working out with Lilly via her 14 day round hips small waist vid challenge for about 2 months on & off & I literally feel so much stronger! Hi Lilly!! Could you explain why we bring the arms beyond our head when doing the full sit ups? Some say that the momentum we gain while sitting up makes the movement lighter on the core. Going to start this today!!!! Day1: it was hard but I pushed through it Day2: so I ate a lot of fruit after the excercise and I did the excersie in the day and night, so I can see results the next day Day3: I saw some results!! I lost 3 pounds and my stomach was looking slimmer and it started to get easier so I'm going to do this for 7 days
