NOTES: 1) Set boundaries. Do not answer his call late at night. Show him your worth instead of preaching to him your worth. 2) Respond in the morning when convenient. Warmth, feeling statement (connects to a man's heart-- make him see you as a possible lifetime partner) & perhaps a boundary 3) Be warm. Use your feeling statement. Say: I was already feeling warm & cozy in my bed. 4) He might keep on trying his old ways because it worked before. He might guilt you. He's not bad. He just wants what worked in the past. 5) If he asks you why you don't like going over to his house anymore, SAY: "Hi it feel good to hear from you. I'm just walking my dog. It's nice & sunny & I feel warm (Say a feeling statement). It's always good to hear from you. It feels amazing to go out w/ you & to hang out w/ you. It feels good to get together. We have so much fun. Sex feels good w/ you. But I'm looking for a regular dating relationship." Warmth w/ boundary. This is NOT needy. Even if you're angry, stay WARM in setting your boundaries. This might take time. He needs time to make him realize that you're a quality woman. You're dating him-- getting to know him. Date him for at least 3 months before you commit. In case you're already committed to him & he just calls you for booty calls & you've stopped going out regularly, he lessened his texting etc., & you need to RENEGOTIATE the relationship, SAY this: "I feel torn, I'm missing being w/ you. I'm looking for a more regular relationship. What do you think we should do?" This will make him think. He will be angry & it might take him a couple of weeks before he gets back to you. Give him time to think & respond. Don't give in. Be firm.

I have heard lots of dating advice and have tons of books on dating that it led me nowhere. This short video had more great, easy and applicable information that works that I have ever heard of in my entire life. I am throwing out all those other dating books that are useless and going for everything this woman has to offer!!

i do not mind getting emotionally attached. i believe in full love and taking the risk..what is dangerous is to focus on outcomes.i dont mind having loved and lost. i am exclusive and him saying that made the difference. yes id never be friends with benewfits. and the 'hey whats up guys'..NEVER would i tolerate that. i do not believe in delaying messages because how can he then trust u?..i believe in 100 percent honesty only.wait..using feeling statements can invite un ready sex tho.

Hi, Thanks for this vid, it will help me to be more self-aware hence avoid potential narcissists and abusers. I have recently cut a booty call off and happy to do so because we were looking for different things. Sometimes women deny their desires in favor of short term fun or because they may not know what they want. I recommend avoid any kind of fling until you know what you want, can set solid boundaries as some men can take advantage of that confusion, but your are in a much better position if you have a strong sense of self.

Hopefully someone can answer this… this guy I’ve known casually for years and got to know each other better last summer. His 3 year gf was in the process of moving out so we just remand friends, but there was definitely a mutual interest beyond that. He kept saying he didn’t want to hurt her, and I respected that. After she moved out things became physical for a couple of months. He’s make plans to do things together, but then started to talk to her again. He then said he couldn’t be friends with me and her at the same time because he felt guilty. I thought for sure they would get back together. We stopped hanging out and talking on the phone for about 5 months. I’d only see him at the gym where things were just casual. Then he started asking personal questions, and asked to come over. He immediately told me that he liked me, thought I was beautiful, but didn’t have feelings for anyone that way. Needless to say things became physical again. When he comes over, we talk for hours, laugh and have a good time together. He keeps saying that I can’t get attached to him, and that he doesn’t want a relationship. I never text him asking for a booty call, and only initiate contact with non- sexual topics/situations. A couple of times, I’ve asked him if he wanted to grab a bite or go hiking, and he initially said he’d be up for it. When I brought it up again, he said that he feels like I’m trying to turn this into a relationship, and he likes the way things are. I also know that he is still “friends” with his ex, and says he will probably always be friends with her. It’s so confusing because when we hang out and talk, it’s deep conversation, and I can see it in his eyes and actions that he likes me. I’m not sure if this has anything to do with the ex or not as they make strange promises to each other. In addition, he also takes care of things for me when I’m away. I really like him as a person, and would like to get to know him outside of hanging out at my house. But how do I tell him this when he keeps me at arms length, and says we can’t hang out, talk and sleep together because that is a relationship to him?

I met a guy 3 weeks back via online dating. We’ve been on 4 dates. I’m moving to another country in a couple of weeks and I have let him know about this on the first date itself. I saw your videos about leaning back and letting the guy to make a move. I would like to know what to do when I lean back, he is initiating the contact but it is too little for me, kind of on the border. How should I tell him about it? I just don't want to be organizing it and telling him all the time what should he do but I also know he may not know what I need. (I am telling him what I like when he is doing it but I think it is not clear enough: for example he would call me once a week and I want him to call me more often. It does look now he will stay with one call a week and me telling him how great I feel about him calling me. Until he calls me more often, he will never learn that I want it.) Acts like he cares. Says all the right things then ghosts with the excuse he’s in a bad place ( depressed). Because he’s not happy with his life etc. Care about him and can see being in a long term relationship but I can’t continue getting the hot to cold emotions.
