Personally, I’ve found that having a strong back gives a more athletic shape to my body and adds support to my core for more advanced yoga postures, sports and dance moves.
In this class I'm going to take you through conditioning exercises that build strength and awareness of your back body.
For this class you’ll need just a yoga mat, no other special equipment.
