Our communal pool has just reopened today after being shut during lockdown in Spain! I was in exercising for an hour this morning & going back in after lunch. Need it as have damaged knees. Swimming helps me exercise without pain

I re-committed, AGAIN 🤨, to a daily workout for at least 7 min a day (30 on days off) on June 15, 2020 (surely I can do that, right?) I switched up to doing them in the pool for resistance a couple weeks ago, but Today I was lacking motivation and came across this video. Loved the workout! Just what I needed to keep me going. Looking forward to trying the rest of your videos. Down 12lbs so far, but I think these will be a game changer! Thanks for the motivation.

Will these exercises make you sore? I did a combination of these and moves from your other videos and I was wondering how do I know if it's doing anything if I'm not sore the next day because I'm not very tired doing them even though I did more reps than recommend. Thanks for the video! My hips, knees, and ankles bother me when I do these moves outside of the pool so it's nice being able to do them without feeling like I'm destroying my body lol
Jillian Rosie You would have to measure yourself before you start the routines, wait 2 weeks then measure yourself again. Measure again in 2 more weeks!
