I came back to this one after ~24 hours traveling, including an overnight red-eye flight. It was the perfect way to start the jet lag recovery. 😊😊

This Stretch Sesh Is SO Effective!👌🏼 Using The Band For The Hamstrings, REALLY Does Make A Difference!💯 I Don't Have Yoga Blocks But, I Took My Foam Roller Instead!👍🏼 Gonna Do This One Daily With Some Of Your Split Videos As Well! Gotta Work Especially On My Hamstrings To Get Looser & Finally Be Able To Do The Split!🙌🏼 Btw I LOVE The Location On The Mountains! So Peaceful!🙏🏼☀️⛰️

Agree, Daniela, check the Chloe Ting videos, she did those timings perfectly, in yours there is no time to root into the position, it is more like constant movement in order to get yourself into next position
