Yay, this was awesome! 💪 Just completed the 21-day flexibility stretch for beginners challenge and OMG, I already feel a huge difference in my flexibility. 🤸♀️ I'm so proud of myself for following this video, even though I struggled a bit with the wide-legged forward fold, but I'll keep practicing until I nail it! 👊 Your videos are amazing, and I adore how you always select breathtaking views to enhance the entire experience. 🌄 Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us! 😍
I really enjoy your stretching videos. I’m 50 and trying to get back in shape after being very sedentary during the pandemic. Your videos are really helping, except I find the pigeon poses too challenging still. Please create more 20-30 minute routines.

I’ve been doing the 21 day split and I haven’t got my splits but I’ve seen a lot of progress in the other stretches. When I first started I was seeing progress in my split but now I’m not and I’m on day 20 so if there’s any tips you can give me because I’m gonna start dancing again and I need them
I am gonna try and tell ya'll my progress,hopefully I won't give up. Day 1- I realised how I am not flexible, my body kind of hurts but thats whatever.
