Bla Bla Bla, lots of talking but nothing about connecting them to a standard stereo, or one with an amp. Are these 2 wire or 4 wire? Will they connect to a toyota with a 4 wire JBL system?

I hope these are lower profile of a coaxial than the older Type S. I have some currently, but those 6x9 triaxial protrude so far in my Ram I had to trim the door panel speaker grills so they could poke out.
Hey have a dilemma about s-s65c The installer recommended me in the store to install this model with s65 for rear doors... I told him that I don't intend to put an amplifier in the car.. he said that it is fine even without an amplifier.. I read that component speakers without amplification do not use all the power nor do they produce sound in an orderly manner Would it be correct to put without an amplifier or is it better to take speakers for 4 doors without a component I must point out that now the car is equipped with 7 speakers that came with the Buick lacrosse car There is also a center speaker And another question, is it worth replacing the chin if I replace all the speakers Thank you
I would say your installer knows what they are talking about. Component vs coax is mostly a question of placement, the performance difference is negligible but the tweeter can sound much better if it projects more towards the ear level than your knees. The s series always worked well as factory replacement and since your car very likely has a factory amp it will do very well with these if the setting are done right. An amp and head unit would allow you to fine tune what frequencies are going where though. If you run an aftermarket sub you can turn the factory bass level down and compensate with the aftermarket sub amp to protect the midbass drivers and have a full sound at the end of the day with a completely factory look.
I can’t seem to get through to alpine to save my life. I’ve got the jeep jk system and I can’t find out how to adjust the run time after I shut it off. I’m sure there is a simple setting but I can’t find it. Hope I don’t have any bigger problems because contacting you tech department isn’t working.

So whats the best coaxial I can get for $150 or less? Right now just have an Alpine ILX-W650 connected to a KTA-450 Power Pack amp. Need a coaxial that'll sound good only running 50 RMS
That's cool that they are actually innovating and coming out with custom sizes. I feel like a lot of companies just throw a new color on their products and expect the customers to swoon. With the Hi-Res do the details come across in an untreated car with the road noise? I would think you would need a bit of sound deadening to get any real benefit at highway speeds.
I have the Alpine r2-s65 Coaxials thay are hi res 100w rms and i have the pioneer gm-d8704 100w rms x4 but its not hi res when i turn the volume up the speakers cut out and when i turn the volume down the speakers come back on what would be the problem please
4 inch speakers aren't meant to produce low frequency they are a Midrange to Treble speaker and if you are sending a full range signal into them they are going to sound horrible. That's why we have crossovers. You can block them from getting low frequency by using Bass Blockers (crutchfield) or a better head unit that lets you do custom crossover settings to all of the channels in the vehicle.
